Received a pair of converse which was discoloured and what looked like blood stain on the inside! Not hygienic!! Stock should be checked before dispatch

an item i placed was out of order and i requested it be replaced with another item at my expense ! but my email was disregarded by yourselves and i now have to pay full delivery on 2 much smaller items !

I find it unacceptable that you can charge £5 for postage and for in store delivery. It in no way costs that to post out my product and it made me reluctant to order from you. No other store I order from would charge such an extortionate rate of delivery.

Slow delivery espeically when paying £4.99 delivery charge. No free delivery even offered on purchases 100s of pounds

Parcels were not delivered, apparently lost by the courier twice! First time I had shopped with USC and unless you use start using a trustworthy delivery firm, will be the last, at least refund was quick in coming.

Spending £138 and having to pay £4.99 for delivery then having to pay £4.50 to return a t-shirt that was too small,the measurements for the t-shirt on website were not accurate,will not be ordering again

Half sizes not available, so I bought a size 6 as 7’s were massive. On realisation the 6’s were too small, so took them back only to be told they only give credit notes as an exchange. So I ordered the shoes online and wanted them to deliver to store only to be charged £5 for store collection! Fuming. This is normally free at other shops, but as I only had credit note, I was tied to using it. I told the manager that I thought it was a poor service and he kind of shrugged and said that’s just how it is.

Ordered online items for collection in store. Took bag home to find a metal tag on it. Need to trail back to store again!!!

Packaging when received was very poor quality... i brought 3 DKNY jumpers as gifts and they arrived in crinkly wripped poor packaging. Massive let down when a company like Flannels deliver in very presentable black good quality bags.

Hello, It’ the first time I buy in USC. The products are interesting. The way the article were sent was not very good (some unpacked clothes) ina big plastic bag. I had to return 4 articles (size did not match) that I sent back by post and I had to pay 15 euros (collissimo France). Since three days I have no clue about if the stuff came to USC and no clue about when I will receive back my articles? And I have to go in Hollidays next Friday. Not possible to reach someone by phone to have news about order. So after sale service and return service not so nice. Best regards

Very slow shipping time. This completely kills any advantage USC has with prices and available brands. It takes too much to ship to the courier company and the courier company then takes to much time to deliver parcels in Portugal. We are talking about three days for an order to be ready and then another week for delivery.

Click and collect prices are ridiculous surely they should cost less money than delivery , or should be free. Plus instore you can't order items in so if they are out of a size I was told at the Huddersfield usc that I could not order in I just had to buy office which cost more with delivery for exactly the same product ridiculous

I am disgusted with your delivery courier company-Hermes as they delivered by throwing my parcel in my backyard - not acceptable at all - I will not be shopping with yourselves if this is the standard of delivery service
