Ordered items only to find some we're out of stock a few of days after ordering this is very disappointing, will I order again from USC I doubt it not until they sort there live stock it's not hard to do improve your I.T other companies can do it.

Awful quality clothes. Must be the rejects that no one wants. What a waste of time and delivery costs. Sent it all back.

Unfortunately small didnt fit ad this looked to baggy I was suprised as I thought a small would fit as it was such a great jumper. But I was quite dissappointed the size wasnt right if there was an xs than that would he great but I do not think there is.

Firstly, I find it strange that you have to pay £4.99 for delivery to a store where many companies is less or free. I thought it was alright as you get a voucher but I didn't get one so it was disappointing. I would have bought in a shop but the items I got were not in store. As well as this it was after my purchase I was informed one of the items was no longer available so taken off my order so I paid £5 delivery for two items rather than 3. Although it was not much, it felt even more pointless to even order online. More annoyed about no voucher though.

Goods not packed properly wrinkled badly packaging of armani tshirt oped not sealed and top shoved inside not folded delivery also took way too long

I think it's shocking that you have to pay for delivery into store! USC need to get with it and offer FREE click and collect! I think this charge will make USC loose custom!!

Two of the items received were not in good quality. One polo shirt was received without external packaging and had visible marks of what looks like foundation and grubbiness. (Photo attached). The other polo shirt had a hole in the body.

I only ordered 3 things for a birthday present and couldn’t even get one due to it not being available after I had ordered it

I has to send back half of the ordered clothes, which is sometimes expected, but it is unusual that I had to pay for the return postage. Additionally my order (over £130) was delivered to my neighbour, whom I do not know, without me saying that it is safe to be left there. I think it was absolutely irresponsible and it was also the first time that courier came to deliver the parcels, which is plain stupid - I could have just called and have it delivered the next day.

I was not impressed to find the jacket i paid £50 for from the internet store arrived with a sale liable on it for £30. Really not impressed at all.

Delivery £4.99 and takes nearly a week when other stores offer free next day delivery or free delivery taking a few days. Even collect in store isn't free.

Upon receiving my coat a security tag had been left on, I had to go to my local store and have it removed! I could have bought one myself there instead of ordering online!!

The shoes we received had no tags on and holes on the side of the shoe connecting to the sole.

1. Part of my order was cancelled due to no stock but even the next day online said there was. 2. The most expensive item that I had bought had been rolled up like a ball in the delivery bag not protected in anyway from the hole on the delivery bag

Took my order. Then you decided half was out of Stock leaving like a £20 order with £5 postage. I wouldn’t have bothered so tried to cancel the order entirely- a request which you ignored and charged me anyway.
