I think the delivery fee is too high and it's ridiculous that the click and collect fee is the same as delivery. Also to make customers pay for their own returns is not good, most large online retailers don't do this. For these reasons I won't be shopping with you online again.

Both pairs were too narrow. Surprised that returns need to be paid as p&p charged, so many other stores have free returns

The T-shirt turned up with dirty patches so haven’t used as don’t want to wash in case stains don’t come out and I can’t return, so disappointed

Paid for £5 delivery to store. Didn’t realise the voucher I would get was for Sports Direct, as opposed to USC. Item didn’t suit so am having to post back and pay to return as USC store said I couldn’t return there. I have emailed to return item as I couldn’t log into My Account online. It’s been 3 days and have not had a response. I searched for a telephone number for a quick answer- nothing. If you only give the option of email communication, please respond promptly. Will never order from USC online again as it has been costly and a hassle.

I ordered The Tommy Hilfiger yellow bikini. However I only received the bottom’s not the complete set. What an I supposed to do with only the bottoms? Not acceptable so will return.

Your postal charges are really poor, i’d Go as far and it’s a rip off, especially given you charge for collection from your own shops

Prompt delivery to store, but I was unable to return the item at the store. This is inconvenient and also adds extra expense for postage.

Clothes I received were used and stuffed into their packaging. Dusty package. Felt as if usc didn’t care.

The product I ordered came damaged and unwearable meaning that it has to be returned, which I have to pay for. Contacted customer services and I have still not received a reply 3 days later.

I wrote a review of my last order with USC, only for it not to go through. Provably read carefully then deleted no doubt. Maybe down to the fact that I received a top I had paid 30 pounds for when it arrived had 3 different price tags of 15 on it! Was told very plainly that nothing could be done and I wouldn’t be getting any money back. I have ordered again and was equally annoyed to find out not only do I have to pay for any items to be delivered but if you are unhappy with anything for whatever reason USC also like to make you pay for them to have any goods back! All in all they have some good stuff online but compared to others the customer care is awful. Just simply a warehouse feel to it. Thanks.

My items arrived promptly to store however the item wasn't suitable and I have to return it via post rather than having the option of being able to return them to a store.

The item that I was delivered had the security tag still attached. This meant that I had to return the item for an exchange and pay for postage for a second time. Considering that the reason that the item had to be returned was the fault of the seller I think it is unfair for the customer to have to pay for the postage.

Order 2 t-shirts as a gift. When they arrived one still had the electronic tag on it. So then had to take this in store to be removed. Not convenient for me to go in store which is why I ordered online in the first place!

Although the whole process of ordering was easy and i was kept upto date of tracking. My student discount wasn't applied as items were discounted all ready. When I had to return the item as it didn't fit I had to return and pay for the package. There should be free delivery
