Trainers have poorly fitted sole causing a sqweeky noise when walking they arrived like that so it's not me that has caused this. Jeans are a bad fit and poor quality even though I used the size guide this didn't help any The polo shirt is excellent though that's why I gave 2 stars . I was hoping to find a retailer that I can use frequently but as is at moment there is no reason for me to come back to USC kind regards.

Bought 4 items, but 1 of the items I ordered a Small and received a large. All the other items didn't fit either, so I returned them.

Delivery on time but was in poor packaging, I then had to pay £11 out of my own pocket to return the item as the trainers I ordered were too big

i made a mistake by making order for 2 Polo shirts instead of 1 . i did email you straightaway after my order but i did not receive any reply from them and i was very upset about it but that was my first order and defiantly my last order for sure

The clothing I received was dirty and covered in dust. Appalled by this and don’t plan on ordering from here again.

Staff not very welcoming and not knowledgeable about products sold, but they were all wearing sport soccer tee shirts.

Suizing guidance well off and should have checked the pricing as could have got the T shirt for 15 pounds less. Returning items is a pain too, most companies offer free returns.

Ptoduct was as described however the box it came in was badly damaged wich i find to be poor customer service as I personally would have refused the item had I received the box in such a state in store wouldn’t recommend shopping online at all

Clothes and prices are good, but online delivery is very poor, if something doesn't fit or when it arrives you dont like it, then returns are at the customers cost. I had this problem but decided to return them anyway and ordered again within a few days, this time they sent me the wrong colour shirt, and the process of sending that back at the expense of USC, involves me sending pictures and emails to customer service, which I've done and now have to wait 2 to 3 working days (on average). It's especially frustrating when I ordered the clothes on premium delivery for an occasion this weekend. I wont be doing anymore online shopping from USC.

I ordered the clothing on next day delivery and it did not come until 4 days later. Then one of the Luke tops I bought has the label embossed in the inside out meaning it’s going to have to be returned. Not happy as this is now a hassle I do not need.

I ordered a penfield jacket in size large, the jacket that arrived was a medium that was wrongly marked up as a large. I paid £11 to return the jacket recorded delivery. No jackets were available in that size so i'm £11 pound worse off with no jacket.

Shoes I bought were miles over-sized, I know this is not USCs fault but I will now have to return them and the returns policy is a disgrace as you do not get a refund, only a credit note. I also paid for next day delivery which unfortunately for me I missed as I did not get the parcel until another 3 days later. Not a good purchase.

Partner put a pair of the shorts I brought he is a large but needed a belt which is fine but soon as he sat down they ripped

Jeans I bought don’t fit even though I used usc size guide. The quality of the jeans are poor. The new trainers also have a sqweeking from poor fitting sole,very embarrassing for me .

Sent out a coat with security tags and have to send back to get a replacement (at my cost and then chase for a refund). Received the replacement - more tags on it. I don't want to bother buying from them again as a result.
