Well first the slider were the wrong ones a ones and the tag on the shorts said 2 for 40 and it didn’t say that on the website so wasn’t really happy with it

2 items in my order were faulty and not packaged, also very crumpled, one item looked like it had been worn. And are expected to pay to return them, you might want to re-assess how items can be returned that makes customers more likely to purchase items in the future

Been a loyal customer for years. Never recieved nothing for my loyalty. Still have to pay for delivery and never any good offers. Will be shopping else where in future.

Shoes were okay though had to send back due to size this being acceptable it was the £4.99 delivery then the £5.99 to return unacceptable won't be online shopping here again.

Hi I’m not happy that you charge for delivery & Other reason you can’t even return if the any reason you don’t like the product or change the size could be much easier to return to one of your branch Sport direct If I have to return I have to pay for delivery charge Again ☹️ Thanks

I ordered some lacoste boxer shorts, and 2 of the 3 pairs came with the security tags still on them, so i had to travel 13 miles to get to the nearest store to remove the tags to actually wear the boxer shorts.

Sent out slim fit clothing with nothing in the description saying slim fit, also have to pay own postage for returns

The returns are really not made easy, the fact that you have to print a returns form yourself and then also pay(again) for delivery. Its shocking.

My parcel was posted and signed for by a neighbor I only got my parcel a week later. The delivery man didn't bother to fill in the slip so I had no idea where or who signed for the parcel. Nice T Shirt though ..

I payed around £5 for goods to be delivered to myself..my son has ASD and finds it hard going out shopping so order mostly online..he did not like a couple of items ordered and when i went to return goods realised I had to pay to post the goods back which I have never had to do with any other company..I emailed USC to find out if I took them into my nearest shop would I get a refund only to be emailed back and told if I do it is only credit not or exchange..not happy.

Not the greatest of service! I ordered the same item some time ago, received all the confirmation etc only then to be told the item was out of stock. I saw it came back in to stock again so I thought I would try again, this time 'an' item arrived. Same gillet as I ordered only a complete different colour! I have not bothered returning it because I envisage nothing but hassle so will make do with what I was sent.

I received the polo shirt and it still had the security tag firmly attached. I have returned the item but had to pay more for the postage as the security tag made the package unable to go through a letter box -disappointed.
