Next day delivery arrived 4 days late and it took days to get a response from usc, I had to send several emails

I bought a tshirt for my partner but wasnt happy about the quality of the clothing as it looks fake.and the price was too much.

Ordered items but I didn't receive them. I really liked the items I ordered so much that I chose 12 items and also went back to order shoes also but I didn't receive anything as it was misplaced during delivery even tho I ordered next day delivery and was tracked.

I ordered 5 pairs of Calvin Klein boxers, 3 in a size medium and 2 in extra large, all the same design, however the two extra large weren’t the ones I ordered. I was sent different boxers.

I have not received my order yet. I feel very disappointed that an order I placed 8 days ago and paid £5 for store delivery has still not been delivered to the store. It seems to be an unreasonable time to wait for an item with a £5 delivery to a store, not even my home.

My parcel was opened already when it was delivered. Had a missing item because of this! If I'm paying for a delivery service I expect my parcel to atleast to be properly packaged.

Hermes - Hermes.... enough said? Not the first and won’t be the last time this joke of a delivery service costs companies money. Two packages, picked up together, one arrived, one lost. Can’t do anything for seven days.

The packaging was awful, looked used, has scratch marks and looks dirty. The inside of the wallet has a mark inside aswel. Was a gift but because the birthday was so soon I couldn’t return the product instead I had to change the packaging myself and gift wrap it so it looks presentable. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Great clothing - better than I expected. However, poor delivery service. Although I paid for next day delivery I never received it until 5 days after purchase! The reason was the USC have to receive a signature and refused the courier to leave it in a safe place. Great products at exceptional prices only the delivery service would make me question placing another order with them.

I ordered clothes to my local store and didn't realise that I can take up to 7 working days ( Which it did took 7 working days) I rang up to see when will the parcel be derived to my store and I was told it's all ready in the store, it wasn't. I rang up the store and was told they didn't receive and delivery . it arrived on 7th working day. disapointed with fobbing off over the phone.

Ive ordered pair of shoes. I got delivered 2 different model of shoes in the box. Left didn’t match to right. Only size was correct. Ive contac with customer service. They arranged free postage label. I asked to exchange for correct pair. My second purches from this shop, was not delivered. I found card in my letter box that courier throw parcel over the gate. I was away that time on holiday. When Ill baćk after week there was no sign of my parcel. On the website is clearly that incase no one home it will be delivered to neighbors or returned to shop. I got refund So 2 purchase from this shop, both with problems. However shop has nice deals and clothes I like but I have bad feelings to order again

My item was cancelled on the order I placed which I accepted. I emailed the customer service team wishing to place an order for a pair of trainers instead and asked for some sort of code to waive the delivery charge as I had already paid it on my previous order worth £90+. The customer service team declined this and I was disappointed to be expected to pay the charge again.

Not happy that you have to pay 4.99 delivery charge to collect item from shop....I do not want a 5.00 pound voucher....which I then HAVE to use to purchase another item which I don't necessarily need
