Ordered a polo shirt then got a email advising was out of stock

I Ordered a pair of shorts, boxers and a t-shirt for the next day to get an email saying the t-shirt is out of stock. No information about when I would get my money back or when If I could buy something else or change my order, so I checked the website to find out I can not change my order and I will get my refund 5 days later. So I am a t-shirt down and I’m paying £5 delivery for a pair of boxers and a t-shirt. Thanks Won’t be shopping again

ordered extra large in 5 t/ shirts they should measure 46inch 4 of them measured 40 inch, one of them measured 46 inch this was only one correct size the other4 t/shirts ones was 6inch smaller,

I was not satisfied with the service given to me. Firstly, the delivery charge to a store is outragesly high compared to other retailers. Secondly, one of the t-shirts that I purchased did not come because it was ‘out of stock’ however, the store still allowed me to purchase it online.

I couldn’t make a delivery note, order required signature and I’m not in all day due to work schedule. Parcel is being sent back to you.

Ordered 2 pairs of shorts both the same size but different colour and there was a big difference in the size and wouldn’t fit so had to send them back, and I’m waiting for another pair to be sent and hopefully they send out the correct pair.

Took 4 days to eventually get my parcel from being told it was out for delivery. As you pay £5 for delivery would expect a better service than that

I was not happy that one of the products I order for was left out and I was not given any except the option you preferred. I feel very bad. If you don't have it in stock I should have been told before completing and paying for the product.

Dear usc , I reciently ordered a pair of trainers, but when they arrived the box was damaged, I collect trainers and the box is important. Other than that a good service. Thank you

Paid for premium service, did not deliver. Will not use again as customer services were cold and didn’t show good customer experience.

Bad customer service. Item arrived with a mark on it, customer services have taken 2+ days and still not replied to an email with evidence

One of the two shirts arrived, just stuffed into the bag whereas the other was boxed. Clearly, it was a return, but no one had checked it first and the top button was missing. Apart from all that, it didn't fit anyway, so it's going back.

Paid for next day delivery didn't arrive for 2days. After emailing and complaining and asking for my delivery fee to be refunded I still haven't heard back more than a week later.

The box containing my product arrived damaged, with a hole on the top and the sides worn out too. This was a gift for someone so I was unimpressed with the condition it arrived in.

Paid for delivery to asda a bit steep at £5.99 only to find that when I got home that the store alarm was still attached and had to be removed with a hammer and plyers, time consuming and maddening.

After an extended delay in receiving parcel (attempted delivery at half 7 on a Saturday night then I was informed delivery would be between 9am and 5pm today, turned up at half six). It now turns out the jeans still have the security tag and I will now have to go to a USC store to get this removed on my own time and at my expense. Poor service

The staff didn't tell me that it was exchange only with the items you purchase. I thought it was refundable like most other shops. If I knew this, then I wouldn't have bought the product.
