Adidas newbuck trainers i bought 9.5 that is my size but they are bit big more like a 10.5 like them but sending back for 9 but just bit frustrated that i have to pay returns after paying 5 pound for delivery so 40 pound treds now become 50 pound. How dose that work

The clothing arrives like you have brought them from a jumble sale, no care whatsoever is taken in packaging, delivery is slow compared to other online retailers, with no free returns offered. Customer services did not respond when this was flagged up before. Sometimes though there is a bargain to be had.

Ordered on a Sunday and paid for next day delivery. So was expecting the goods on the Tuesday but they turned up on the Wednesday. Contacted you via the contact us on the app to get my money back for not delivering on time and heard nothing back

Hello; I didn't like the way the goods were packed. Two tee-shirts were not in their own bags and one of them is white and it was not in good condition with black stains. It's better to take care of the packaging. Thank you.

Disappointed the way my Henri Lloyd polo shirt arrived. It was not packaged, a mass of wrinkles and had a dirty mark. This shirt was £42.50. I would have returned it only i go on holiday today.

First order was cancelled as the item was out of stock, this is disappointing and it should not have let me order in the first place. Second order took 5 working days and I had to pay for delivery even though it was click & collect appalling.

I received my delivery but one of the items had a few marks on the teeshirt, I went to the USC store in Middlesbrough to see if you could exchange it and they would not let me as it was ordered online. Totally disappointed with the Service I received and will not be ordering again 😡

Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size as I assumed the sizes were English, not US sizes. This meant I paid for delivery, return and another delivery. 👎

Purchased Trainers and they were the wrong size and one was an ex-display shoe!? Which had a faded look to it! So don't bother with this site!!!

This is the second pair of Atwood leather vans I have bought from u s c, I collected them from the store at shirebrook my nearest store, checked the shoes on the day of collection and one of the shoes had been on display in a store, the back inside was dirty and round the top of the heel. when I asked what would they do about it I was told I was told I could have a CREDIT NOTE which I didn’t want or reorder another pair, I asked if I reorder would I get the same pair back, I was no that pair would be TAKEN OUT OF STOCK, if that was the case how come they went BACK IN STOCK in the first place. I wanted the shoes and have since got them nearly clean but that is not the point. CREDIT NOTES only work in the retailers favour, ie you have to have something else from them and most cases you spend more because if you buy an item that is less money you don’t get anything back SECONDLY you should check the product before you send it out THIRDLY this business about click and collect is a nonsense, any where else you don’t pay for delivery if you are collecting your self. FOURTHLY think twice about ordering from u s c, if it’s not in the store don’t bother

I use this service all the time and the pricing is very competitive, only thing is other equally priced companies offer free delivery. This doesn't usually effect me but this time one item was damaged, at first I thought in transit but on inspection it was clearly damaged prior to packing. Of course I was just going send it back but it was such a convoluted process I literally couldn't be bothered as the item wasn't expensive enough to warrant the hassle. Until then I had always been impressed but am now looking elsewhere. Dave Coakley
