“I’ve emailed yourselves about my delivery already and haven’t got a reply yet. I haven’t received my parcel as the delivery company fastway placed it outside my home as I wasn’t in and when I came home the parcel wasn’t there but I received a card from them to say that they left it under the seat outside in my front garden. I still haven’t got my item I bought and paid for and no reply yet from yourselves”

“I received my order and was unhappy with the way the Lacoste Sport Slim Polo Shirt had been delivered. It was crumpled up in a clear plastic bag and (not in the original Lacoste bag I would have expected it to be delivered in), it is badly creased on the collar and the shirt body and looks like it has been worn or certainly tried on previously. I contactedc customer service who seem uninterested and told me I would have to pay to return the item. This is not good when the goods were not fit for purpose.”

“Lets you buy items that are not in stock which u payed for next day especially. But end up only being able to get small items meaning i wasted extra money on next day.”

“Security tag was left on item resulting in me having to visit my local store to remove and thus making the £5 delivery charge unsuitable. The store were unable to refund the delivery charge. APPUSC40000048706568”

“Score due to the fact one of the shirts I ordered came with a security tag still attached, can’t be bothered with the process of returning only then to have to wait for redeliver, so I will now have to go to a store to get corrected again something I don’t normally do hence the online shopping. I also don’t normally review on your own web site where it can be lost easily but again I have this time. At least give me the curtesy of returning my postage and packaging”

“Purchased through app . Payed for next day delivery . Should have then arrived friday . Took till the tuesfay after to arrive . Only recieved £2 back to cover not recieving next day delivery . Not much use when 15 yr old daughter wanted to wear on the saturday while going out with friends for birthday”

“Order number: usc40000048706808 Hi I received the following item in this condition! This was not how I expected to receive it. It was scrunched up in the delivery bag with no protective wrapping over it. This was a birthday present to me which I was hoping to wear for my birthday but I will have to give it a good ironing first. Whilst I’m happy with the product itself the packaging leaves a lot to be desired! Feeling disappointed”

“I like my shoes however when they came the white part of the shoe was covered in black lines as the shoe had fallen out of the box and was free in the black bag. I’m not sure if this is due to USC or the delivery service but I was unhappy.”

“I received an email saying I was to pick my parcel up on Thursday. I went Thursday & Friday & still no parcel. It ended up being 3 days late. Curry’s weren’t very helpful so I wasn’t very happy about that as I had no communication from anybody to say it was late. Wasted my time & petrol.”

“I ordered two pairs of shoes both size 5 and both shoes showed as size 5 on the order reception I got with the parcel and in my confirmation email. However, when I was trying on the shoes it was evident that the all black vans I had ordered were a size 3.5 instead of the size 5 I had ordered”

“Was informed the item I ordered was out of stock but was not given the chance to cancel the order as the main reason for ordering was for the item which turned out to be out of stock.. Sent email to cancel as soon as I got the email about out of stock but no reply and got email saying the other item is out for delivery. There should be better communication method to cancel order. Would have given very poor but in the past the delivery has been prompt. Need to improve on ease of customer communication.”

“Delivery process good. Goods were shoes which were too big despite being my normal size. Was previously unable to buy in branch due to lack of sizes available. When looking through the process of returning or exchanging, I was dissatisfied with the idea of having to pay to return the original pair which would penalise me financially so decided not to bother. Will not use the online service again Regards”

“Delivery was great but item delivered with security tag still on it. Have highlightedthis to customer service but still not heard a thing back and that’s 3 days. Item not fit for purpose and now I’m going to be out of pocket as I now have to pay postage to return the item. Totally disappointed with USC and doubt I would ever use again”
