“I made a purchase last 22/07 and paid 10£ delivery for poland and as today 1/08 I did not receive yet my parcel. Unacceptable. The courier tracking page is showing that it was delivered yesterday 31/07 but nobody was at home!”

“I ordered way before my next purchase from a different company and surprisingly theirs came first. My Items eventually arrived around the designated time. I suggest you add stock availability next to item purchase so customers don’t have to go through refunds if the item is not available.”

“2 of the 4 items arrived with a little dark stains (on white clothing) and i had to pay return postage for the items being faulty, contacted customer service a few days ago but nobody replied. it was my first order with this company and don't think i will be ordering again.”

“Order 4 lacoste polo shirts, one the bag was opened and the item was just literally scrunched up inside the bag like someone had just stuffed it in, obviously not new A second shirt when removed looked like it had been ironed by someone like me with shiny iron marks on it, this will be returned to you for hopefully a new replacement, does make one wonder if these are originals even!!!”

“First time I have used USC to order and very disappointed with delivery time and damaged goods. I ordered shoes and received a pair of discoloured shoes, the sole and lining around the sole has partially turned yellow, obvious damage yet item has been sent to customer. I always order from Mandmdirect and from TKMax and have never had a problem. Very bad first experience!”

“Had a delivery of pair of shorts and 2 hoodies. Both hoodies ordered were identical. Package had one xl and one xxl. Checked invoice and this was definitely billed as 2 xl's. Poor service in picking I think.”

“Ordered on a Thursday morning and paid extra for a premium next day delivery service as I was going on holiday. Delivery did not turn up the Friday and instead of it coming the Saturday it was Monday.”

“Ordering on the website was frustrating, after selecting to pay by paypal there was nothing in my basket when i was returned to the website so i had to go through the whole process again. Was sent the wrong item on two orders I placed. No response to email sent three days ago.”

“Cheap clothes and good offers to be fair. The reason I gave 2 stars is because of the inability of your site to tell you when something is out of stock? Basic stuff guys!!! Instead, you order it, pay for it, then 3 days later you get an email saying it’s out of stock and your order has been amended........it’s 2018 guys get with it. Then the clothes took over a week to arrive. Not as good as say Asos......but value wise I can’t knock ya.”

“Ordered a pair of Calvin Klein shoes. They were delivered on time but I opened the box to find only 1 shoe! Emailed to company to receive an email back 2 days later saying that I have to return the item at my own cost! I shouldn't have to be paying £42 for a pair of shoes for one idiotic employee to only put 1 in the box!then have to get the extra money to return it.”
