“One of the products I ordered arrived on time. The other I was sent and email saying it is out of stock and I am still awaiting a refund.”

“Ordered shoes on a Wednesday night after the cut off point for next day delivery. Paid for next day anyway so they would arrive on the Friday. Received the shoes on the Monday. Box damaged and bag ripped.”

“Items ordered were good but the delivery service is very slow. When paying nearly £5 for delivery expect to get a bit quick. Had items sent to local store never even got txt/email to say arrived, finally had to go into store and ask if they've been delivered.”

“The prices are good but the photos of the items on the website are terrible. There are hardly any photos and the lighting is bad so when you zoom in you can't really see anything ! It feel like a bit of a risk buying things because you're not sure if you're going to like the item or not .”

“I ordered a Napajiri, which turned up one time as promised, however, the pompom was damaged and a large black hair was inside. for what it is I probably won't bother returning it, and as It's no longer on the website I won't get it swapped.”

“I ordered multiple items from the USC website. Quality etc was fine. However, there was one of the items that still had a security tag attached. I was annoyed as I have to take the item to a local store to have it removed and that makes it look dodgy when I received it from you. Please take care when sending items that all security items are removed. Other than that, I am satisfied”

“Ordered an item in two different sizes. The one that fit was a complete different style to the one that I ordered. Resulting in having to pay to send both items back and also pay for it to be sent back out correctly. Can only contact via email. Customer service is practically non existent takes 4 days to reply, pretty pointless in existing. Will not be ordering from here again.”

“Bought nieces 4 pairs of trainers from USC on line. Tried on trainers and only 2 pairs fitted? Cost £4.99 p&p, unfortunately cannot change in store, had to pay again to return to depot. My error in not fully checking the returns and customer service offered, will be checking in future. Didn't realise that trainers varied so greatly from manufacturer to manufacturer so will only buy now after they have been tried on. Disappointed that buying on line doesn't offer store assistance. Lesson learned.”

“Although USC had branded items for a very good discounted price, this does not mean they can charge for delivery and then send out an item that has already been opened, without any thought or concern for wrapping up the item again (happened to me with 2 delivery orders). Really disappointed in the service given!”

“Although good arrived timely, I was disappointed to find that one pair was not as described. All of the boxes were battered and crushed, one pair had two different sizes in the box. Another pair was not as described the website said leather but they weren't leather. I have kept one pair. What made it worse is that I have to pay to return the goods!”

“The price was good but that's about where my positivity ends. The emails that come through from th e-commerce system look like they're written by robots. When I went to Sports Direct on Oxford Street to pick the clothes up it was calamitously bad customer service. They made several trips into the stock room and kept forgetting to bring back my package! Long wait, not clear where to wait.”
