I purchased 2 pairs of shoes for my sons online. I was slightly disappointed about paying for postage but thought it would be easier than going to my local store! Wrong! Both pairs came faulty, so I decided to go into my local store to exchange them, atleast I could check them. But I was told I couldn't & would have to post them back. I phoned customer service when I got home, I was number 1 in the queue for 45 minutes, then an automated voice said there was a technical problem & was cut off! How annoying! I phoned again, it took a further 30 minutes to get to speak to someone. She told me I would have to pay to send them back, so much hassle. I am waiting for my replacements & my postage refund. I wish I would have purchased them in store in the first place, it's not been a good experience. My advice is to let people take products back to store like most other companies, & make it quicker to phone customers. it would be so much easier for everyone. I won't be purchasing online again.

Two of the items I ordered were cancelled on for having no stock, don't list items you don't have stock of, because I would of just picked one of the shirts in a different colour

Not happy I have spent thousands of pounds in your shop paid for next day delivery for sons birthday and didn't get things in till six days later rang usc and did not even get any luck speaking with you. No vouchers are compensation for son not having birthday presents on his birthday even though I left anough time and paid for next day.

Charged £5.99 for delivery to asda which was not made clear on the website. The collect in store charge of £4.99 applies only to sports direct stores. I only found this out after emailing customer services and getting a reply five days later. Considering most retailers deliver for free if collected in store, this charge is just way too much. I’d never order from you again for this reason alone. Absolutely disgusting!

Item arrived in store over a week after placing the order which has to be the slowest of any high street retailer I can think of. Was charged nearly a fiver for this 'collect at store' service and unfortunately because the was big, I has to pay for returns as well - This is because for some odd reason, online orders cannot be returned in store, again, unlike other high street retailers. Overall, very bad and outdated service.

Think paying for delivery and then paying for returns, was a bit much, shall shop somewhere else in future as many company’s have free delivery or free returns, ended up paying £10 for something I didn’t keep.

Hello, the products are good and nothing to complain 5 stars, but the delivery is the WORST, - 10 Stars for that, it`s extremely slow the tracking service doesn't work I had the same experience on SportsDirect, it was delivered in almost one MONTH, and stopped ordering until the delivery changes, please also take a look at: www.econt.com ( courier the wnDirect works with ) please read the reviews from other people to! I like your service but please do something regarding the delivery! P.S. I did not received yet my order, I assume that in September I will get it.

Online ordering was fine and it was nice to be kept up to date by email of all the steps. However when we collected our order from a sports direct store the customer service we received was appalling. The staff we're rude and uninterested in customers. While we we been served the staff member spent the entire time talking very loudly to another member of staff at the other end of the till about upcoming GCSE results. We were never looked at or talked to as our sale was put through. It was very disrespectful.

The shoes are great. Don’t like that I am being charged for click and collect (even if it is forced purchase of £5). Also it’s very bizarre and unfair that I can’t return the shoes for refund in store, I will have to pay additional money to send them back. Not very unhappy about this and will never order anything online myself or let my friends and family order from USC again, unless you change your return policy. Dr Arya

Totally wrong Order sent out, which was wrong brand, wrong size, wrong colour, when asked about refund not a straight forward process for the customer considering they sent out the wrong product , still in the process of trying arrange refund regarding packaging and postage, spoke to customer service which was not a straight forward as expected as accommodating as you expect as a customer when they get it so wrong !

My rating has to do with the delay of the process of my order (1 week) , the cancellation of 2 items and the slow delivery. Eleven days for a European country I think are too many for a 20€ delivery fee. Asos and Debenhams deliver for free in a shorter time. I didn't rate "very poor" cause I guess it could be worse. I have not received my parcel yet so I can not give you an overall rating. I hope that the quality of the items ordered live up to my expectations. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share with you my feedback. Anna

Let down by Hermes. Waited a week for my shirt (should've been around 3 working days) and just received an e-mail of an attempted delivery last night which is a lie, because I was waiting near the front door throughout the times they said the would attempt to deliver. They will "attempt" again tonight apparently, though I'm not brimming with confidence.

Prices are great, but the shipping costs are outrageous! 16 euros to deliver a 70 euro order? That is unacceptable. On top of that, I placed my order on the 7th of August and it is to be delivered on the 24th! 16 euros for that speed? I cant even describe how disappointed I am. An order from China, sent by post (with zero fee) needs less than that! An A' priority parcel from my local post office in Greece to UK costs 7 euros and it takes 3 (!!!) days to arrive with tracking number and all. You have to figure your policies out.

The replay clothes I ordered smelt like they’d been kicking around for a while. The quality was awful, the ‘R’ logo on both t shirts was not finished off properly and which made them look like fake t shirts. I also tried for over 3 hours to call my local store and they didn’t answer, I then messaged usc via Facebook messaged and as yet I am still to receive a reply. Poor service poor quality.
