The refund system is awful and delivery takes a long time to store. Go elsewhere.

One item was damaged, but to return it back would cost me postage, unacceptable when i already paid 4.99 delivery

I had forgotten that these are part of sports direct the odd thing is good the test is cheap tat! And you have to pay to send it back

The only reason I have given 2 stars as it would only be 1 is that the lady in the shop was very helpful. I ordered online and paid £3.99 delivery charge. Item didn’t fit so took back to local store paying £1.50 parking to be told I could only have an exchange or credit note. If I wanted a refund I needed to send back via the post. I took it to the shop in the first instance as I don’t have printer access needed to print returns form. Lady in the shop was helpful and packed up the item ready for me to take straight to the post off where I had to pay more money to send the damn item back. Another £2.95. Most certainly will not be purchasing for the company again. Poor poor poor. So a £38 pair of trainers actually cost me almost £46.50 and I was left with no trainers.

Bought a few items, all delivered quickly. One item I ordered looked like it has been used as a duster..... You cannot miss the dust/dirt especially as the item in question was white so staff that are packing these orders are really not doing their job. To then add insult to injury i am having to pay for postage to exchange this item, that has to be returned which is no fault of mine for one that is hopefully clean.

Before ordering here has been fine but it’s been 9 days since ordering and not received yet and only got a courier collected email , I enquired about it to customer services but only got a automated reply

there clothing when received boxes were opened on underwear and not sealed unlike the other two, and the delivery to home address is far too expensive as is flannels £6.99 for delivery puts me right off

Ordered a converse hoodie for my husband and it arrived in a jiffy bag with no other packaging, it had stains down the front and there was fluff around the cuffs and hem as if it had been dragged on the floor. I'm unimpressed that I have to send it back through royal mail and not hermes like it was sent to me. I won't be ordering from here again

I shop at asos a lot and because I'm shopping online it's obviously difficult to judge what clothes will look/fit like. First time shopping with Usc. Great selection. But bitterly disappointed after paying next day delivery that i ended up paying nearly £14 on returning the items that weren't right... So it cost me in total £20 in postage for a jacket that I kept... rubbish i won't be shopping again which is such a shame as I love the items you stock but I can't afford to take this kind of hit on postage. I will update my review as to how long it takes to get a refund.

ordered a top late wednesday night for next day delivery which wouldve meant my order should’ve been delivered on the friday, paid £6.99 next day delivery which was not delivered when it was supposed to be. Instead it was delivered the following week.

Item was faulty, travelled far to take back to a store, didn't have the item and would only let me exchange although they agreed the item was faulty. Items did arrive promptly.

My item was sent with the security tag on so I had to drive to my nearest store to have it removed as I needed the item the next day. It also came with somebody else’s invoice.

Great prices but this is the second time I have purchased products with security tags still on the products. This time the product was not damaged and had to take it in to another retailer with a detagger to save returning th product

I placed the order on the website. Usc withdrew some items from my order with the indication that it would be out of the current stock I noticed that at least one item was still in stock. I wrote a complaint with the various questions asked. They answered after 4 days without answering all the questions asked. Poor customer service.

Realy disapointed at the last order, i order an tommy h t-shirt for mens size xl and i recive other t-shirt, same size and price. But still not allright what you doing, if you don't have that t-shirt in the warehouse, just say out of stock, i don't want to pay for return because is not my fault.
