Before usc was my go to site for clothes and trainers, unfortunately my last few orders haven't been as described. None of the colours have been close to the picture. Five pounds postage then having to pay to return it with no other options. I'm disappointed and reluctant to order. That being said l really like the clothes and the prices and it's alway been delivered quickly.

Unfortunately the wrong size was in the box. Hoping that they said the correct size out soon.

This is my first time useing this service. I made a very big order of almost £200, i had an email confirmation but nowhere did it state that items i had bought which were not in stock yet would delay the WHOLE order. I assumed the rest of my order would come through and then the items which would arrive almost a month later would be dispatched separately . I emailed the department 3 times until i had a response . Most the items received were great but sending some back at my own is going to be expensive. so overall not very happy

Was disappointed when I collected my delivery to find out the wrong trainers were sent. How my invoice could be in the box that was a man's size 9 and a totally different trainer. Wasn't too happy that it easnt the right trainer, no one answering phone when sports direct tried to sort the situation. To then having to get a full refund to then re order

The actual shoes are nice. Considering USC are one of the few shops not to offer free delivery, the service we paid for was slow and poorly managed. Rather disappointing to be honest. We originally went into the Meadowhall store to buy the shoes, after been left on the shop floor for 25 (and only after we asked a member of staff how long we were going to be waiting) we were told they didn’t actually have any in stock. Overall a pretty poor service from USC, won’t be ordering again

I bought a dress for my partner and when arrived wasn’t the same one. When I asked costumer service that I would like to be refunded for that dress plus return costs they have said to me that I need to send them a picture of the receipt and so I did . Still waiting for the return cost to be refunded...

I ordered Puma size 45, and got a shoebox with 45 on it, but inside shoes it said 46. I got a lyle and Scott t-shirt, red, long sleeves, where the arms are weird. So not really happy.

Maybe a poor is a bit harsh based on the products. There were no issues with the boots so for those I would be inclined to say ‘very good’. However, having paid £4.99 for standard delivery, I then discovered that I had to pay for any returns. My own fault for not reading the small print, but this then added another £8.29 ( courier + insurance), so suddenly the one pair of boots I purchased out of the three, were £13 dearer. Will not use again for this sole (pardon the pun) reason. Will go back to other sellers where I do not have to have the added expense.

Rip of postage to store dirty items delivered, missing items in pack of boxers sent back cost me £11 wanted exchange no exchange would of rather dirty item back at discounted price to try and wash and get marks out but no option as no real customer service just automated emails wouldn’t use again very disappointed

Item received was faulty sent it back for an exchange and was sent the wrong item back to find the original item i wanted was now out of stock

Ordered clothes online, didn't match discription sizes. Went to newtownabbey USC for refund, which they refused. Wasted over £14 in postage due to inacurate sizing charts. Not a happy customer.

I placed a big order for hubbys bday. Paid for next day delivery which didn't turn up. It's impossible to find a number for usc but when I eventually did the customer services team was shocking not helpful at all. 1 person told me I would get it within 24 hours the other other told me my parcel was lost. So he didn't get them for his birthday and they weren't very helpful at all which is disappointing

Great customer service, I was attended to before I even got to the till! however when I’d got my parcel home (I'd ordered online for delivery to store) the white trainers had black scuffs on the top as if they’d been worn.

Happy with product but delivery poor. Ordered on Thursday 6th before 6pm and paid for next day delivery, didn't receive until Monday 10th, followed tracking and it had been sent to wrong depot. E-mailed customer service and received no reply.

The tshirt I ordered for someone's birthday present was so badly crinkled when it arrived and had black marks on the shoulder and on the back. It also arrived one day after the estimated arrival date. I have contacted customer services and have not had a reply.

Hi. I recently ordered a watch from you online. When I made the order, there were two types of watches on the same page. Accidentally I ordered the other one. But the payment was already made. I was looking at the site if I could cancel in order to make order the other model. But there was totally nothing I could do for the immediate cancellation nor a chat service or contact number that I could phone. It was very very strange to be left like this. I think I have never encounter this kind of issue around. Even in the confirmation email, there was nothing about cancellation. So I phoned the store in Aberdeen but the person answered said the store can't do anything about this issue. Since nothing could be done for the immediate action, I had to anyway write an email, which was the only way to contact you when I needed to act to cancel quickly. The reply came 4 days later. Another thing is the order came in later. I ordered it by 4:30pm (but in the order summary it indicated 5:30ish) and made it next day delivery. The policy was if order made before 6pm, it would be delivered on the following day. I paid for the express service. But it arrived two days later. The watch is still with me. I don't know what to do with this now as it would cost another money for return. I think USC online should consider making an option for cancellation on the same page of the confirmation and also put a direct contact number on it. It was very disappointing and I don't think I would use USC online in the future.
