Clothes sent out with electronic tags still on. So had to send back at my own cost, due to your lack of care with items being sent out. Won’t be using them again.

Good service but the product was too small. Supposed to fit a 14 year old but was nowhere near large enough. Quality was also not what I was expecting - it was thin fabric, more like a T shirt than a sweatshirt. Also too short. Had to return the Lacoste “Sweatshirt” and awaiting refund. Disappappointing!

When I got my product I discovered that it was just chucked in there without being folded and all the legal paper was creased as it wasn’t looked after, product was good but delivery was lacking

"To make sure you got the very best service from us" --> like this was starting the review mail from you. Let's be honest, when you answer after 3 days this is not "the best service"... simple as that. And second, I bought goodies from China and the trackin' number was more reliable than yours. It's been 6 days since your package was dispatch, but I still don't have any info about my package. If is on the way, if it entered in the country... nothing. As I said, Chinese has a better shipping logistics way more than yours. This is truly sad :)

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts paid for them only one pair came. I was very disappointed and can you make sure a refund has been done as I never received an email to say I was only getting one pair. Mr Bell

I ordered a suitcase which was delivered in a timely fashion. However the way it was packaged was not good. It was wrapped in a thin plastic sack which arrived torn and scuffed so therefore could not protect the suitcase from the looking the same. Also the wheels were sticking out of the bag. I would have expected you to at least put bubble wrap around the case to buffer it in transport.

I ordered two pairs of trainers to combine shipping as you have to pay for delivery. Only to have one pair delivered and find out at that point that the other pair were out of stock. They should have told me this at the point of ordering. Im not paying for another delivery. I'll go elsewhere!

Very disappointed as two of my items arrived without bags and dusty one I kept as really liked disappointed as it cost to return this is the first time I have experienced problem as all my past orders were excellent

Didn’t get the items I ordered even after two weeks and only when I enquired why I was told that one of the item I ordered was out of stock. I cancelled my order and USC refunded my money quickly.

I ordered 3 polo shirts but then received email after couple of days that 1 was out of stock. So I ordered another one for delivery. Unfortunately i was charged for both the deliveries. I thought maybe the system was not able to recognise this and paid for the delivery cost on both occasions I expected there would be an email at a later stage with apology and atleast the delivey cost refund But seems like I have to write this review to put my feelings across I don’t want the delivery cost but abit more gratitude will not go unnoticed

Paid 4.99 for delivery. After 5 days I email to find out where my delivery is. No response at all from customer services even tho I was supposed to get a response from 1 to 3 days. Delivery arrived on the 7th day. Quite a long time consider my ASOS delivery was free and only took 3 days !!!

I payed £6.99 for next day delivery last Thursday 7 days later i am still waiting on my jacket and trainers or even a refund, but I would like my parcel.

Items arrived in a timely manner, however, I ordered xxl and the order form confirmed this as what I ordered but several of these items came and where only size medium therfore too small.

Great product, unfortunately they use Hermes to deliver and they left it "securely" by my front door for anyone to take. Would put me off ordering again.
