“I received my son's shoes that I had ordered him for school. Ordered them in a kids size 13, they arrived and one shoe was a size 12 and one was a size 13. This is the second time I have experienced this with usc. Probably won't be ordering there again”

“The colour of the shoes was not even close to that advertised in the pictures. Also, the shoes make a strange noise when I walk. I don't think I will ever use your online services to order other converse shoes.”

“Although I placed the order on a Tuesday they didn’t start processing it while the Saturday and it took it over a week to be delivered to the store. I think if you are paying nearly five pounds delivery charge this service is very poor. The item I ordered was a present and only just arrived in time”

“I paid for next day delivery which did not happen. I’ve emailed customer services 3 days ago and heard nothing. There is no number on the website to call. I’ve had to send the trainers back and I’m hoping my refund will go through. I won’t be using the website again.”

“Paid for next day delivery so should have arrived Saturday but didn’t arrive until Monday even though the packaging said Saturday on it. No way to get in touch with delivery company. I won’t be ordering from USC again after this”

“Order turned up next day as planned however i was disappointed that my shoes were the left and right of two different styles! I’ve had to go out my way to re-order, then again to post the other one’s back and then wait for a refund. Customer service is non-existant, the lady was very helpfull just her hands were tied to what she was actually allowed to offer. It’s all very unusual as in the shop they check and double check shoes.”

“Paid for next day delivery as it was a gift for a birthday. Received it 4 days later! USC refunded the charge but this did not save my embarrassment at not having gift on the day.”

“If you order your shoes from USC and send it to store so you get your £5 voucher. Don't bother. You only have a day to use it. If you don't pick it up from store the day it comes then, it's expired for the next day. They refuse to change it. Disappointing.”

“No free delivery even when spending over £150 - Cheapest delivery is £4.99 which is extortionate. Parcel arrived with rips in it. 2 faulty/damaged items in order. Items thrown in packaging without even bothering to do buttons up or fold.”
