“Well i ordered 2 parcels only.one came emailed customer service no reply so i read on the invoice if theirs a 0 in box its out of stock but ive looked online and bags still their saying in stock. But still no email!!”

“Great products , great prices, far too expensive delivery charges, pay for next day, get 48 hrs later, pickup in-store pay£5 Not best value compared to other online companies. No free delivery even with £250+ purchases,”

“Often order stuff that is showing available, then receive an email saying “order amended as out of stock” but still showing available on line. Be very careful what you order as you can’t cancel order if the stock becomes unavailable even if still showing available on the site.”

“One of my items arrived with red marker on the inside which has stained through so you can see it. It looks like a code has been written on it for some reason. Not impressed at all that this was not checked before sending.”

“My products came next day which I was happy with but then that got overshadowed by the anti thief tag being on one of the products I bought and had to go to my local store to get this off as it was a huge inconvenience and then to top it off I could not find any customer services numbers/emails to contact.”

“Very easy to use website but the in-store shopping experience when I went to exchange an item was shocking. The staff were arguing with one another while I was waiting at the till and when I asked for another size it was like I was asking the earth!”

“Not impressed at all. Ordered a jacket and the wrong item was sent. When I checked the website there are 2 jackets with the same code. It cost me £4.99 for postage for the item and £8 to return it. Hopefully they send the right item this time or it will cost me more to return it”

“Really disappointed with delivery and returns service. £3.95 to deliver and £3.95 to return when other companies it’s free I think is a bit much and why I won’t be ordering again. But even an option to return to store.”

“Really disappointed with the packaging of my items. All just crumpled and thrown in a bag. 1 top is filthy and 1 top the hem has very visable thread pulling on it.”
