Waited in for parcel as told I needed to sign, was the just handed the item! Postage very expensive - returning item as not suitable so has cost around £8/9 in total. Won't use again due to this

Paid for items for delivery £4.95. Some items after paying delivery fee were no longer available. Was informed a day later. If I knew I wouldn’t of continued with the order. USC should inform customers that items are not available before they take your money in order you can make your mind up about putting the order through.

Top still had tag on it had to drive to shop to get tag removed on day son was going to wear it.

Ordered product costing £24 had to pay £5 delivery charge. Item didn't fit, no option to return to store, could only send back via Royal Mail - another £5, so £10 cost for nothing. Option to have delivered to store or at least return to store would be better. Won't order again.

unfortunately a tatty shoe box arrived and one of the shoes looked to be a window display with the sole and suede a tarnished yellow, does no one check before sending??? Then to have to go through the returns process without a pre paid return label was just hassle, and these were to be a birthday gift. I wont use the service again as it's to much trouble if there is a problem..

I am fairly disappointed as I ordered a jacket which said was in stock with 2 jumpers that I didn't plan of purchasing but did it cover the delivery cost. However I later get an email saying the jacket is out of stock and received the jumpers which is too tight. Hence will need to return it. Please fix the live stock level so it doesn't mislead customers..

Had to wait 6 weeks for my order as it consisted of a 'pre-order item' and it coyldnt be shipped separately. I then got sent an email saying it was going to be another month. Had to cancel the pre-order item to get the other stuff because again it apparently couldn't be shipped separately

Paying to pick parcel up in store in this day I thought was pretty dated. However I was offered a voucher for £5 which was the equivalent to the delivery so wasn’t too bothered but I then collect my parcel from a sports direct and got a voucher for their store even though it’s USC I shopped with. Will most likely avoid ordering again.

I still have not received yet, I ordered something from Mainline menswear 2 days after yours and I already received it 3 days ago. Something to do with your courier, they are too slow.

The item I bought that was pictured was not the item I received. Postage price for standard delivery is too high (£5). I can go somewhere else and receive better service as well as cheaper postage. The only reason I purchased said item from here was because the item I wanted was no longer stocked elsewhere.

Unable to select other courier than Hermes on checkout. This is probably the only courier where a buyer has no means to contact for address change. I now have my money frozen for two weeks until a refund is made.

Delivery Expensive & also have to pay the return postage, other clothing companies much cheaper! Also payed for next day but didn't arrive the following day no refund offered!

i paid for next day delivery on monday morning, put in all of my details and paid the extra £7 as it was an important gift. on tuesday everything was going to plan until i checked my delviery tracker where it said it was delayed due to a ‘“address query” i then got in contact with usc about this and they told me that my house number was not written on the parcel even though i selected it. they then told me to wait until wednesday morning where they might try deliver it again but my tracker was not given any updates so i had no idea when i would be receiving my parcel or where it was. i tried a live chat multiple times where they just repeated themselves whilst giving no insight on where my parcel was or when i would actually be receiving it. I also called the customer service line where i spoke to a lady who was rude and unhelpful towards me. come thursday, 4 days after ordering and PAYING £7 for next day delivery, i finally received an email telling me my parcel would be coming before 1pm, even though i needed it for wednesday hence why i paid more to receive it sooner. finally by mid morning on thursday i received my parcel however the box was torn in multiple placed. i was not happy with my service and unimpressed with the attitude and lack of communication with USC. i feel very strongly that my £7 mext day delivery should be refunded back to me as i did not receive the parcel for 3 days and it is your responsibility to furfill that.
