The trainers i ordered were the wrong ones that were sent and the postage too receive was far too high it cost me less than half to return them and they arrived faster.

Returns are ridiculous! Customer has to pay for returns, rubish! Paid 14£ for a return! First and last purchase from this dodgy shop.

Sizing wrong on website, converse 5 is 21 but you say 21.5 and size 6 is 22 but you call it 23 so ordered both sizes to make sure i got the right one only to find I couldn’t return in store and have now had to pay to send it back when I only ordered both sizes due to your incorrect sizing information! Order online a lot and every other company I have always been able to return in the store where I have collected items. Poor customer experience!

I was happy with the items I received but unhappy as one of the pair of Jeans I ordered was temporarily out of stock which I was notified about a day or two after I placed the order. This now means if I want this item I will have to pay a second lot of postage when it comes back in stock. It would have been better to tell me at the point of ordering that the item was out of stock which could have given me the opportunity to choose something else instead or you could of held the order until the other item was back in stock. Not good customer services. Not sure if I will use again as I am on a limited budget & although the items are very reasonable priced it does not added up to so much of a saving if you have to pay twice for postage.

Product was fine. Shame it arrived later than for the event I wanted it for. Paid for next day delivery, arrived 2 days later. Brought issue u with customer service when it didnt arrive on the correct day. They've essentially ignored my case. Poor. Would have easier to drive to a store and get the product.

Upon ordering the item, i was kept well informed about the whereabouts of my order. However, to my disappointment, upon receipt of the item i noticed both items were FILTHY. It's as if they'd been dropped on a dirty warehouse floor, and then sent to me with complete disregard! I've since tried to contact USC and had no contact as of yet. Very disappointed.

Delivery was £5, in the time it took for the order to arrive, I placed 2 orders at another online retailer, the first one, a day after I placed the order at USC and the other 3 days later and both orders arrived before the one from USC. Not to mention that delivery and returns were free for both of them. Both leggings are a bit shorter than I would have liked. Very poor description on the website.

Ordered a jacket online, got the wrong side so I returned in store for a credit note to order again online, as they cannot order in store (which I thought is silly). The manager in store was rude, so wasn't a great start. Ordered the right size online, when received I opens the jacket and it had a different price tag on it with a lower amount. Contacted customer services in regards to this and received what felt like a generic response. Don't think I'll be shopping here in a hurry.

Price of postage was £5 and for it to be that expensive it should arrive quicker and returns should be free

Good value clothes but I ended up with the order twice because I did not get a confirmation email on the first order. I kept some of the things that came as doubles but it was annoying.

Your courier is a nightmare, placed my order 28/08 and paid for next day delivery. Still waiting for my order 06/09 Courier would not deliver to my apartment because i have a gate. Would not walk 10 steps through the gate to the door USC didnt seem to fussed that i have been waiting either. 1st time ive ordered online with you and potentially the last

After ordering some Calvin kliens at a good price I was chuffed, two days later I received an email saying there was an issue as there was no stock, I was sent half my order. No apology or explaining what would happen next and I still haven’t received my refund.

Ordered v neck Armani t-shirt and was sent round neck Armani underwear t-shirt. Returned to Sports Direct and even though I have been sent the wrong item or possibly advertised incorrectly both of which are not my error was told credit or exchange only !!! As they do not stock the t-shirt in store or maybe do not even stock it at all I'm now stuck with a credit note and no t-shirt! I will not be using the USC online shopping service again.

Item arrived on time, 5 days after the order was placed. Unfortunately, the item was too small. This is when I discovered the horrendous returns policy at USC. Cannot return to store, cannot speak to anyone. Had to download a returns form to fill in and return the goods by recorded post, at my expense, along with the invoice, which I didn't receive in the hope of getting a refund. Keeping my fingers crossed.

1. You cancelled an item in a set. What the point for me to get the other? If i want to return that one, i have to pay as well. It’s not fair. 2. The items you have sent were wrong size. The size in the price tag is different from the actual size of item. I will send them all back and wish for refund.

I ordered 5 items and 4 of 5 I team were correct but one item was completely wrong, it was not the item I ordered, as i am going on holiday I order clothes online as I only had few days left to prepare thing and once the items came I was very disappointed, but the rest of items are really good
