Payed next day delivery for 2 items I ordered only to be told after ordering and paying that one item out of stock. Not offered substitute or to change order. Paying so much for next day delivery for only one item is bad customer service.

The jeans I ordered were not the ones on the website and when I looked at them they were to big and what made this worse is I had to pay to send them back which cost me another £4.95! So in total it cost me £10 for something I don’t have . I will not order anything else from these

I ordered some Converse Allstar shoes online and picked them up from the Leeds store in my lunchtime. When I opened the box at work I noticed that the box contained two different types of Converse shoe and two different sizes, although to give the packer credit they were both blue! I had to go back after work and change them for a new pair. The staff at the Leeds store were great, but this added an extra 30 minutes to my day, I missed my train and my running club. Please pay more attention when you're dispatching goods.

It took 6 days to pick order and some items out of stock due to poor picking time and another 4 days to deliver to me. Not impressed at all with the service all they done was give me the postage back. I won't be using again.

Costs £4.99 for delivery which I didn't mind, but most of the items were not true to size which had to be returned not realising returns were NOT free- costing me £13! :( Will definitely not be purchasing from them again, very disappointed!

I don’t paid £4.99 for 3-5 days delivery as I needed it quick and it arrived after almost 9 days. Not acceptable

I purchased 3 t shirts, 2 perfectly packaged, the third screwed up in a bag, creased all over and smelling worn, I should not be paying to return shoddy 2nd hand items, where is your quality control ??

Ordered item but not in stock so order was amended. I would have preferred if I got the chance to add another similar item to my order.

Order Number USC40000047554991 Item: Henri Lloyd Machen Shorts XXL Good Afternoon, I placed an order over the internet am Thursday and paid £6.99 for next day delivery. The item above duly arrived at 10:30 this morning (Sat am). The product unfortunately had a security tag still attached, so I have had to do a 10 mile round trip into the nearest USC store in Hull city centre and incurred parking costs of £1.90 to get it removed. The staff in the shop are a credit to your company and couldn't do enough to help. I spoke to the store Manager - Rob 10 14169, who suggest I get in touch via email with yourselves as his hands were tied with any remedial action. As a good will gesture on your part, would you be willing to refund the next day delivery charges (as it was the day-after-next delivery after all) and the fact that the convenient online shopping, has cost me more in time, fuel and parking costs than was first envisaged? The cost of delivery was as stated £6.99 & parking £1.90. Hope you can help. Really poor! After 15 days waitting I recieved clothes with magnets and one of the tshirts was with 3 holes under the magnet!

Paid for next day delivery. Order not received at all. Complained but not resolved. No order or refund received, 9 days after ordering.

I had ordered a grey Calvin kelin t shirt men’s size large and it’s printed on email and invoice I had ordered size large but I have been sent a small would like some advice on what to do with the top as it’s to small

One item was not in stock so instead of sending the size above as requested, I received neither? After spending over £150 pound I was still charged postage and was also charged for returning some items, little hard to take. On a final note I am disgusted with the way my order was packed and despatched considering the amount I had spent, all the boxes received were crushed and I was surprised the items were undamaged. Much room for improvement.
