Not happy with the customer service and delivery service they use which is hermes ,stood for the delivery person three days in a row outside and he marked it as a attempt made ,and there is no human contact to rectify the issue when u purchase online , very very disappointed with service they provide and the product ..

Paid for next day delivery but 9 days on and still not here. The items were a present for my brother in law visiting from Canada, but he has now returned home. I will have to pay international postage to forward to him now! USC have refunded my postage and told me that Hermes have lost my items. I’m hoping they resend another parcel but don’t use Hermes again. Losing my parcel isn’t fault of usc, but using Hermes (despite them being well known as a bad courier service) is fault of usc. That is the only reason for my two star rating

-Hello, on June 21, 2018 I have made the order of USC40000047358822. 6/30/2018 years I have received the order and in the order one name Levi Perfetc Pkt T Ld72 Blue 10 (S) isn't enough Product Code: 653245/18/350. Packing has been opened and the place of a gap has been stuck together by a tape of the did company. I ask you take measures to return of Levi Perfetc Pkt T Ld72 Blue 10 (S) Product Code: 653245/18/350. I can provide video fixings of the broken-off packing. I thank you in advance. Thanks.

The size of the joggers did not fit- although that size fits me on other websites. I was very surprised to be charged for posting- i have returned the goods and i hope to be reimbursed for posting. If i don't, this will be the last time i shop here

Received trainers but there were a couple of small black marks on them, didn’t return as we were going on holiday the next day and my husband needed them.

Not happy. I had to pay a fortune to get it delivered and now I have to pay for returns. No invoice was sent in the parcel. Nor details of how to return, I’ve found it online. If you charge delivery, at least offer free returns, seeing as there are very few USC shops around these days!

I ordered a jumper from you 2 weeks ago-hermes have tried to deliver during working hrs so can't get me he could have left in my hut-1 have no ID or way of getting a hold the receipt was very basic +I could have came into store but again no option for this Laura Drummond

Quick delivery but sizedoes not fit so paid 4.99 for delivery and then to return so £10 out of pocket and no shoes to show for it. With this in mind I would not order anything again too costly

It seems you have a problem with the international delivery. Very slow. I regularly order from mandm and it is very quick.

When the order came, the sweatshirt had biro on the front. When reading the returns policy the customer is still responsible for paying for returns. The company also recommend registered post. The price of delivery is £4.99 no matter how much you spend and comes in 5 days and then any fault with your purchase you have to pay again for returns. This companies policies are not competitive in todays retail market.

Very dissapointed with the customer service given when I received the right trainers but right/ left different colours.Didnt have colour I wanted in stock anymore.Couldnt get through to customer services on telephone.

the number of the shoes I bought is wrong, two pairs with the number bellow ( size 40 instead of 41) and one pair with the number above. ( size 45 instead of 44) it’s ok, they serve as well but it’s a mistake

Bargain Music mugs... Very happy with those but not with the very expensive Large belt that was in fact size 38 Waist! Very irritating!!!

For one, the returns policy is just abissmal. It gives you no confidence when shopping and you have to be 100% sure what you're buying, otherwise you're paying for returns and won't get a refund, credit note is given. The delivery was attempted but no card left and no further info given. Then they just turned up without letting me know and the delivery guy actually said it showed as delivered on his system. Very very very poor, from start to finish. On a plus side, they do have decent sales but with G-star being much less, its a bit thin.

In my order I received a coat with the security tag still attached with a warning not to try and prize off as it would leak ink. I contact customer care via email and have had no reply, however I have received 2 further emails about the usc sale and now this one about a review, not the emails I was wanting to receive to be honest. Take the money then don’t have a customer care package to back it up

On my last purchase when I received my parcel and open it the Levi’s t shirts was not is a packet it was not fold it look like it was a return and the person who pack it could not be bothered so they just push in the bag as if they putting dirty washing in basket 😠
