“I ordered two Calvin Klein Beyond chokers and even though the boxes said that on the side , one contained a completely different necklace which was cheaper . There is now none in stock . Disappointed as one was for a 60th birthday present and one for a 50th birthday present .”

“I choose Click & Collect from IntaSport in Woking. I received an email saying the item had been delivered and was ready for me to collect. When I arrived it was not available. I was told to come back as they have deliveries on Friday and Tuesday; I came back on the Friday and it was not available. I was told to come back on the Tuesday. I don't have time to keep going back into town (17 miles round trip) for their merry go round. I wont be using this again.”

“The problem is returning items is a nightmare and the customer has to pay for return recorded delivery and there isn’t even an option to return to store. Most online retailers provide this service. Faulty items that need to be returned cost the customer money and out of pocjet”

“Not too happy about, the price difference from in-store to online, when I quired this in-store I was informed the store will match the price but I have to pay £5 delivery charge. I order a lot from the store and do not understand why a click and collect is £5.”

“I place an order for 2 Hugo boss trainers,received an email out of stock for one ok got my pair and they had previously been used with both fronts wore down paid for delivery then had to pay delivery to return them and ordered new pair so in excess of £20 delivery charges i just hope there’s no problems this time.”

“The reason for only two stars was the fact that one of my polo shirts looked like it had just come off a shop floor. ( wasn't bagged ) and just thrown into the delivery bag. Not good for £85 Paul Shark.”

“Order received at local Sports Direct Store, however, it would be better to actually collect from USC store, less hassle. Item as badly packed, legs of jeans were tucked up into jeans and creased.”
