I have emailed twice with an & I am still waiting on a reply .. order came promptly, but Luke shorts I ordered and was charged full price for are ticketed with a sale price - £45 reduced to £23. I believe I am within my rights to pay the ticketed price, therefore am entitled to a refund.

This review is based purely on the price and of the product I bought. Shipping and ordering the item was perfect with no faults. I bought a £70 shirt which I wore for one night and cannot wear again due to the material coming apart at the elbow. Also, the next day I seen the same shirt on the brands website for £20 cheaper.

Badly described item (not accurate colour). Expensive delivery in relation to the time it took and not at all happy to have to pay for a return. Won't be using USC again in a hurry.

Pretty average. Can't knock the price, but I did pay an extra £7 for a next day delivery, ordered it on a Wednesday and it was delivered Friday. Then when it was delivered I only received an email saying it had been delivered. I wasn't home so assumed it was left with a neighbour. Checked the tracking details told me left with a neighbour. I had no idea who, I checked with all my neighbours who didn't have it. It wasn't until Monday when I was told it was left with my "neighbour" at number 8- I live at 149! How is that my neighbour?? Finally got them on the Monday, so 3 days after- glad I paid the extra £7...Overall just a bad experience and will not be using you again.

Received goods on time. However wasn’t clear on website that returns postage would have to be paid for and also can’t return to shop for refund. Items ordered for choice but paid delivery and return has made this expensive.

The item I ordered was very nice but unfortunately did not fit. I am extremely disappointed with the returns policy due to the fact that you have to pay to send the items back using registered post. This is an extra cost to the customer. A delivery note was also not included in the parcel.

I have sent two messages to customer services over a week ago because a garment you sent to me still had a security tag fixed to it. I have not yet had a reply. However, I have received 4 emails asking me to leave a review of your customer service!!

Most companies provide a free delivery and free returns. Usc do not and I found it expensive to not only pay for dlvy but also have to pay another 5.00 for recorded delivery. The quality of the item was that of a 4.99 black legging with just a Calvin Klein band around the waist. It was shockingly poor quality and definately not worth 38.99!!

Faulty goods on collection and sale staff who think they know company policies and the sale of goods act. Clearly they knew neither. If goods are faulty on collection in store it is the buyers rights to reject them there and then, not be told you have to take them away and post them back yourself.

I have shopped with USC for years and love the products, discounts and convenience. On this occasion, my order took 3 weeks to be delivered and it needed multiple chasing for it to be dispatched. I understand the initial delay was caused by an item being out of stock but even after that was rectified it took a further two weeks for the delivery to arrive. Unfortunately, when the over did arrive, the cardigan wrap had a missing belt so I called to ask for the belt to be sent but apparently that was not possible so I have to now pay for the postage to return the defective item back. I hope this was a one off bad experience and things go back to normal as I do like shopping with USC and hate to see the customer service deteriorate like most other companies these days.

I’ve got to share my experience with these shoes. Yes - they look good. Yes - they’re a bit more interesting than your conventional Converse shoes and yes - they’re reasonably well put-together. However, I’ve had a series of inconveniences with these shoes that I’d like to share with you before you make a decision to part with your cash. Before I start, please note that the delivery from USC took SEVEN DAYS. I payed for delivery and the first delivery attempt was made to my office at half-past-nine in the evening (obviously the office was closed). If I pay extra for delivery, I expect the items to arrive in the next couple of days. A full week is far too long. Poor show USC. So, the shoes… After a single month of use, the fabric on the inside of the heel frayed, broke and started to peel away, revealing the plastic inside the heel counter (the bit that wraps around your heel). This rubbed against my heel and was really uncomfortable. I had to resolve this by buying adhesive heel pads to stick to the inside of the heel for padding. This is after one month. Augmentation number 1. As your foot sits quite low inside the shoe, the cuff around your ankle and heel rubs and becomes quite uncomfortable. To avoid this, I added an innersole to raise the foot. Augmentation number 2. The laces on these converse shoes are skinnier than usual. I bought wider laces to make them look like other converse shoes. Augmentation number 3. I bought these shoes because they are made of nylon. Two benefits to nylon: It’s waterproof and easy to clean / keep clean. After wearing these shoes in the rain ONCE they let water in around the underside of the toe and the rain water stained the top of the toe (a mark I now can’t remove). Both reasons for buying nylon shoes are defeated. Also, after walking in the rain, I think the glue that binds the bottom of the innersole to the rubber sole (on the inside) has come loose. Now the right shoe makes a sticky noisy every time I lift my foot. I wore these shoes on a recent tourist trip around (lots of walking). By the end of the day my feet were a mess - toes rubbed raw, blisters on the heel and big toe. Had to band-aid-up to survive. Finally, these shoes creak all the time. Every step is noisy. I honestly can’t recommend these shoes. With a little more attention from the manufacturer, these could have been great shoes. Converse need to improve the build quality of their shoes and improve the fabrics and materials they use.

I don’t understand why it costs £5 to pick up from a store, and also £5 for home delivery - most companies do not charge to pick up from in store.

I ordered a pair of jeans for my partner when we received the package the trousers were just shoved in the packaging and looks like someone had just tried them on and stuck them back in the bag. i was not impressed!

I ordered two items jumper was perfect but jeans had faulty button which just fell off as soon as I opened them I had to return them which cost me another £8.00 which I find shocking that I’m out of pocket because you sent faulty items it’s absolutely ridiculous

Ordered 3 pairs of jeans but only of which arrived. I received one email stating pair of the jeans was actually out of stock. I then received one pair of jeans but paid for all three including next day delivery charge. Although I only received on pair (which I will now return because I was so annoyed) payment was taken for all three pairs and awaiting refund.

Some of the clothes came without boxes an hangers an some came in boxes very had presentation like it has been used so therefore I wasn't able to give the ones without boxes as present

When adding the delivery address, the address field had a limitation and I couldn't add the entire address. I emailed the customer care mailbox for someone to update the delivery address with the courier but it appears it was never updated. As such, the parcel has apparently been delivered 16 March, but the person who was supposed to receive it still hasn't received it.
