Paid for 24hr delivery, it took 3 days. Tried to contact to either cancel or refund delivery charge but heard nothing back. After paying a huge delivery charge I found out I would then have to pay AGAIN to send item back!

I Ordered 2 Bags which we’re absolutely lovely, but one of them had the black security tag left on it which I think is unacceptable, I had to cut it off myself which damaged the bag, I would of returned the bag but due to the fact they were bags in which my twins were using to go to France with the next day I couldn’t.. Hopefully in future this will get checked more thoroughly..

I’ve been sent an incorrect item and received a damaged item. This was a week ago and I’m still waiting for an acceptable resolution

I wanted to order shoes for my partner's birthday. As I had told pay £4.99 postage from USC I thought I would treat myself to some shoes. I processed and paid for the items. It wasn't until a few days later that my order was processed for delivery that I was informed that my partners shoes were out of stock - and that my shoes (which I hadn't originally intended to buy) were on their way, thanks to my additional fiver for postage. And still no shoes for her birthday. Disappointed.

Because I requested my item to be delivered to a local shop (Sports Direct) in town I was charged £4.99. I have never been charged by other companies to pay to pick up my orders from their shops. I only got this back as a voucher which I now have to spend in Sports Direct which I find appalling as I don’t shop in Sports Direct, but now have no choice but to do so. So I not only have to pay to pick up my order, I am now being told I can’t get it back - I am being forced where to spend my money - not impressed at all.

I have not received my order after the 5th working day, I've contacted the carrier which advised me that they don't have any updates on my parcel since 27th of February, quite disappointed

I ordered some shoes for my boyfriend for his birthday and the shoe box came absolutely broken and ruined. Not a good representation of the gift, the shoes are fine but I am thoroughly disappointed with the presentation of the shoes.

Ordered item for click and collect. Wrong item sent. Did not open package til I got home. Ordered another pair which arrived quickly. Still waiting for refund on postage for original pair sent in error. Plus experience involved a wasted click and collect journey.

I had placed an order and had pre- ordered an item, I waited and waited for my order, I then went to check online and discovered the rest of my order was being held until June with the pr-ordered item. I feel I should have been informed about this before my order went through. I had ordered track suits boots etc all items needed for the cold weather, if I had waited until June none of the item would have fitted. I feel if it's due to the cost of postage you should say the any pre- orders will be charged a separate postage. I eventually got the pr- order cancelled and have received my order.

Went to take them back to the store as I ordered them online and I think it's ridiculous that you can't take them back to store. You have to pay to send them back! It was expensive enough to have them delivered to home or in store, and then pay more to send them back. Just ridiculous. You should be able to send them back to store and not by post.

Delivery prices are too high, don’t have a cheaper option to get it delivered to store for collection, could be a better service

Ordered 2 t shirts. When they arrived 1 was neatly packed the other looked as though it was thrown into the bag. The one that was not neat had the neck stretched. I sent it back asking to send a replacement. You then sent me an email saying that it will be refunded since I no longer required I do not think they even bothered to read what I wrote requesting a replacement for faulty goods. I have also be told that they will refund my postage but I have to claim for it and if I wish a replacement I have to order another one. Seems crazy when I requested a replacement that is not faulty in the first place

The delivery company that you use are awful. They tell you they are coming one day and don't arrive when you speak to their advisors they say they are defiantly coming that day and then they don't. Three days we waited in for the delivery. Very poor service. Think you should change your delivery company as they give you a bad name.

Not happy at all... £165 for a Napapijri jacket online... it came with security tags still on and unable to remove! The item was marked in 3 places. Still waiting on a replacement but heard nothing so far... unprofessional to say the least
