There was a tag left on the boxers so had to go back to store to take it off

£4.99 for delivery to the store i must say that is absurd and the voucher you get you can only spend in sports direct store which is useless anyway

Had an item cancelled from my order and it was dispatched without advising me. Now, although I completely understand that it is possible for items to run out of stock, it was very unpleasant to see my order be dispatched without giving me the opportunity to cancel everything. Especially when paying £5 shipping. in this situation, the fact that my order arrived without one of the items now means that because of your error I will have to place a second order with a replacement item at my expense of an additional £5. Of course, I won’t actually give you that business after the previous occurence.

Item arrived through post with security tag still on!!! Now I have to go to the store to have it removed, so now it will be a late birthday present plus the expense of the petrol to return to store

Boots seem to have been returned item. Boots unwrapped. Wrapping thrown in box. one insert to maintain boot shape missing. Basically sold what feels like a second hand pair of boots. Shop staff nice and helpful but no return policy via shop. Have to take home then send back. Will never order from again.

After picking my pretty green coat up an taking it home. I took the tags out of it to find out theres a little stain near the badge. Not really happy for a £65 coat

I ordered a jacket and t-shirt and a few days later got and email to say the jacket was out of stock. I would not have ordered the t-shirt alone.

They shirt I ordered for my husband was a birthday present and I paid £7 for next day delivery, the shirt arrived with a security tag still on! I had to take it back to the nearest shop which is in the next town and pay to park to have it removed. I emailed customer service and was told as a ‘goodwill gesture’ they would refund my postage. Which they still haven’t!! Completely disgusting service!!

Overall the service was fine but don't understand why its cheaper to buy online than in store when you then pick it up from said store

My order was dispatched quickly but courier has said delivered and signed for by me which it wasn’t no card. Messaged through my account twice messaged you through Facebook and Twitter also rang and spoke to someone and still not resolved

I ordered 3 items online from USC recently. 2 of the items are great but I unfortunately ordered long jeans instead of regular. I went on the website to find my nearest store & then tried to take them back to the Metro centre (Gateshead store), hoping to swap them for the correct length, only to find it had been closed for some time. I have since realised you do not accept online returns in shops anyway (lots of complaints about your company online on this issue). I think it is disgusting that firstly you charge for delivery when so many other large stores offer either free delivery or free collection at stores or local shops and secondly that you do not provide free returns... On top of these costs we have now incurred fuel expenses for a pointless trip.

one of the t-shirts in the parcel was white and had no bag protection and had dirt marks all over it.
