I ordered something for click and collect got the email to go collect to then find out they had lost my item. And now have not received my refund

I got my last order (order reference number is: USC40000042676815). The received shirts did not have any packaging (neither original nor any other packaging). The shirts was crumple up and looked like from a second hand clothing store.

Can't take returns back to a shop they must be returned to the warehouse which cost me £11

Don't like how you pay a delivery charge and if you have to send something back you have to pay again !

One of my item was out of stock, when I checked out, I wasn’t told. Only when I received my items it was zero on the invoice. The g-star jacket was not packed properly, it looked as it was taken of the shop floor. The wrapping for the Armani pjs was ripped, was very disappointed.

It would be a lot easier to review a company and there goods if they had been delivered to me.Other companies in there group who I also ordered from at the same time have made there deliveries days and days ago.Make out of that what you like,personaly I don't get it

As of today we haven't received our order. Hermes have text 3 days in a row last week to say it was out for delivery and then when it never arrived, I checked the tracking and it says it's been delayed. From Thursday we haven't heard any more.

One item I purchased is advertised differently to how it actually is. To rub salt in the wound, that item arrived with the security tag still on it. I have emailed regarding this and have still received no response.

The size of the garments ordered was way off - about 2 sizes small, maybe 3. Really disappointed as the material and design of the tops was fabulous.

Ive still not received my tshirts & have had no word back on where they are ! Can someone please let me no if ill receive them or refund my money please ?

I only received two of my three items that I ordered which I ordered just over a week ago. I only got the 2 on the 2nd January that I ordered on the 30th December. The third item has not been delivered yet and concerns me that USC can’t get an order right and there has been no contact with me of where the third item is or anything.

I was very upset to see after spending £344.00 I wasn’t entitled to free delivery. Also 2 of the iteams were damaged.

Order was fine, happy with 2 products vut my third item was squashed, it was a bag so it's gone out of shape and all i got was my delivery refund. Was a gift too which i couldn't even give

Poor delivery. Paid for next day delivery, but items still not arrived. I can accept that Christmas and New Year was in between, but items should have arrived by now but is showing as delayed (again) for 48hrs with the courier...

The packaging was awful the hanger broke. It looked as though someone just threw everything in the bag.

The delivery took over 5-7 days to be ready and for the price I paid for the delivery (especially having to collect it from store) I didn’t think this was very good

part of my order was out of stock but within a few days it was back in stock so you sent it on and charged postage twice which was nearly £14.feel robbed please refund at least half.?

Item out of stock which was still available on web site. Wrong item sent. Travelled to their main warehouse as it was local for a refund only to be told that I had to post the item at my cost to the same address that I had travelled to? Which is not stated on the site. Wasted time and petrol. Email customers services to which I received no reply.
