I ordered 1 pair of Rockport TH Plain Sn72 Tan 7 (41) Product Code: 118228/04/270 but received 1 pair of Karrimor Surge WTX Mens Waterproof Walking Shoes size 7.USC do not stock the item I received (sportsdirect do) but that's not what I'm upset at,it's the fact that I will have to pay for the return ??? why should I as I paid for the original order and the postage which if I've not received the goods I paid for then I'm paying twice and still not got what I asked for.

The item I ordered arrived with a security tag on which I was due to give as a gift and couldn’t!! Had to buy something else!

Bought a white moschino t shirt as a christmas present. It came crumpled up in a box and when i took it out of the box it had black marks on the back and rusty looking marks on the front. I phoned customer services who were totally unhelpful. Will not be shopping here again.

When the boots turned up one had clearly been used as a display. This caused one boot to be a different colour from the other. I sent them back at my own cost with a view to them being exchanged as they were faulty. Instead the money was refunded without my prior knowledge. This whole ordeal has cost me nearly £10 and still no boots to show for it nor any explanation. The postage money should of been refunded too, as they were faulty good.

Clothes came with security tags still on so couldnt give it as christmas present as planned. Order online to save hassle n still get it...

Received incorrect size, after visiting a store to exchange or return it seems the brand sizes are different to usual but that should be reflected on the site for that brand. Also bad customer experience at first in store (Oxford st) but manager was better and helped.

The whole order checking process was confusing. Then the collection was also as I received a message incorrectly advising that the items had been collected??? Which was a huge worry as it was my son's Christmas present. THEN when I finally picked the item up, and took it home, the security tag had been left on!!! I had to go in to town to have it removed, asked to present my receipt before they woukd do so which also proved difficult as there was no signal in store. I may aswell have went shopping to a more local store for it. Best thing about my experience was using student discount

Allowed me to purchase and in stock item only to cancel it two days later because it was out of stock. £6 delivery is too expensive for a store collection and the full amount still applied for what was only half my intended order. Box was also crumpled with offer stickers (clearly from a shop item) all over it.

the delivery was shocking paid for next day delivery, never arrived called courier and they said nothimg they could do and would need at least another 24hr, and as it was a present befor Christmas the person will not get it till new year now

I expected the Religion tshirt it to be folded neatly and in a plastic bag before placing in the delivery bag, but it was loose in the bag and a crumpled mess! I have to say that the stitching on the top of shoulders was uneven and material a bit puckered! Not the quality I would have expected!

The large shirt i ordered was a medium although the tag was a large. Very inconvenient 4 days before christmas. Would have cost me to return. Found the delivery costs high. Which if have to pay if I reordered shirt. Went to shop to exchange and manager wasn't happy I ordered online but then come to shop to exchange. At his discretion he changed it as it was Christmas. Would have bought in shop but website price was £22 cheaper.

There are problems in term of quality control in USC:- 1. Goods can be mixed before they boxed, that is poor quaility assurance. 2. Goods were not check before the box is sealed, that is poor quality control. 3. Boxed goods can be opened before they pack for delivery, that is a high quality risk. 4. The phone number can not be easily found in USC Web site for customer support, that will reduce customer satisfaction. 5. However the Customer Service team is very helpful, but by now is too late.

Well I placed an order for Christmas then a couple of days later was informed that the hooded jacket was out of stock, and on top of that I paid 6.99 next day delivery, sent emails and haven't even received an email regarding my complaint, disappointed really that I was also informed at the time that the item was in stock, which was for a present.
