The items actual packaging was all ripped and torn, with no response from customer service when contacted via email

I ordered a pair of Levi’s jeans on Black Friday paid for them and couple days later was refunded as couldn’t deliver them. Very very disappointed as they were a present for my son.

To start on a positive ordering and delivery were easy and fast. My problem was with the items bought. Four pairs of CK pants, all size 10 but completely different in size by almost 2'' in the waistband. No problem with return but no refund on postage for delivery or return so £9 out of pocket for items which were not fit for purpose.

I paid for next day delivery and never received the item till Tuesday which is a little criticism but wanted the t shirt for a night out and never came when it said it would...

Unfortunately the bad points of an online only shop were all experienced with this purchase. Faulty item was received, can only be returned by recorded post (delivery costs at my expense). Replacement ordered, again (including delivery costs). Despite communications and proof of postage, only received refund for the item cost. To add, 0845 call charges are expensive - so overall, purely due to the returns procedure the cheaper cost of clothing was not worth the hassle on this occasion

ordered trainers & money was taken from bank only to get an email the next day stating they were now out of stock! shouldn't take money unless you know you have the stock

Won't be ordering again because a signature is required where as Amazon deliver to my Safe Place and is what the Hermes courier refused to do after I left a note. Sorry but your delivery method is not worth all the hassle especially when the order is for someone's birthday and they eventually get it late.

Manager was very rude to me and my mum when trying to change the size of a Tommy Hilfiger t shirt we had to go into store 3 times wasn’t impressed by the level of service given, he refused to give us his name so we could report him to head office.

Ordered on a Thursday and paid for next day delivery. Parcel didn't show and was told it would be Saturday instead, Saturday came and went with no delivery and there was no one on social media over the weekend so was difficult to escalate the issue. Finally arrived on Monday late pm, was refunded only £3 of my next day delivery charge.

When i was collecting my order from Sports Direct in Aberdeen, they didnt check any form of ID, i didn't have to sign for anything, and they didn't even check my email proving I was the right person collecting thid order. I felt like it wasn't secure at all

It is virtually impossible to find somewhere to talk to a human to explain that the boxes for the underwear I bought as a gift were damaged and so I didn’t want to return but perhaps another set or to discuss a discount or something like that

I think charging to,collect a parcel from a sister company is a bit out of order and then if you do have any problems with any items you then want your customer to pay AGAIN to send them back, so in all I’ve spent over £10for a jacket which came ripped. I will hesitate using you in the future. Maybe it might be worth having free postage for returns as you charge 6.99 for delivery which is ridiculously high and slow

I had a DKNY jumper arrive with the security tag still on. So iv emailed usc 5 days later still no reply to how the matter will be resolved

Trainers ordered where damaged and delivery is slow considering it's £5. Items look and suspect came from sports direct as they had the same bright green reduced label they use. Couldn't be bothered returning trainers but should of been sent out in good condition. Won't be buying again

Items were OK, but packaging was awful. The items appeared to be thrown in the internal bags which were not sealed. Very disappointing.

I was really happy about the friends and family 20% off discount and bought quite a few items in store and on line. The items I bought online were cancelled or just didn't arrive in store with no communication by email to inform me of this. I started out telling my friends and family what a great discount for it just to be a disappointment. Not sure I will be buying anything else from usc the discount didn't even work.

I ordered on Sunday and didn't receive my "next day delivery" (which I paid approx £7 for) until Wednesday - I would have been happy with Tuesday but Wednesday is a joke.
