Paid for next day delivery and it wasn’t delivered!!! Still awaiting a refund. Very bad customer service

Externally poor packaging- products delivered in a bag, various gifts purchased and all boxes battered on corners! You should package things you send out in a box!

I paid for next day delivery then got an email saying that parcel had been damaged and Would now take 4 days for delivery, In the end I got the parcel still damaged they had just repacked it with the trainers box inside damaged but trainers where ok

You are asking me to review the item ordered but I have not received it yet and I have not received an email to inform me that it has been delivered to the store I nominated to collect it from. So why are you asking for my ratings?

expensive jpg edt arrived with dented presentation tin,product loose inside tin as plastic holder was broken,top had fallen off bottle.Looked like some old market tat,useless to give anyone as a present.Can't be arsed to send it back...too much hassle.Won't be using you again!

Ordered 2 items, paid £4.99 delivery and only received 1 pair as other was out of stock! Wouldn’t have ordered at £4.99 delivery on 1 pair. Not impressed with delivery charge for click and collect. Went into the store they told me they had what I wanted but when I went to pay for them they were obviously items that had been on display, wasn’t told that but noticed myself before I paid. Wouldn’t shop at USC again.

I ordered a coat and paid for delivery when i looked at the coat it had the electrocic tag on it so i had to drive to my local store this in effect made paying for delivery pointless as i had to go into store anyway

I paid £50 for a Luke coat on sale but it came with the security tags still attached (the big thick ones that need a special device to remove), highly distressing as I suffer with anxiety and I resort to buying online to avoid overcrowded shops and now I have to travel an hour way to an overcrowded shop just to see if they can hopefully remove the tag, not to mention I can only use public transport. I paid enough for this coat and from such a high up company I didn't expect such a distressing mistake; how can you not notice a large security tag? your security system couldn't have been that effective considering it didn't pick this up. This is the first time I have use your services and certainly the last.

firstly I bought some firetrap boots from the Rotherham store when I got home I noticed that one had got a mark on it so I returned then to the store for exchange they told me they only had a size to big or to small so offered me a credit note which I declined I asked if they could order these boots in but I was told they cannot order in but I could order them on line, because these boots where damaged I stood my ground and got a full refund. The reason I gave this review is I had to order these boots on line and had to pay £5 more for delivery which took six days to arrive in store which I feel was far to long as Amazon can mostly deliver next day I also had to make extra trips to the store so I feel let down and out of pocket.

Travelling with work so ordered online (of course paid postage) and one of the shoes did not fit well so needed to return but found out that I could not return to the store for a refund but an exchange or coupon was fine!!!! So even more hassle to take out time to return it, how does it work for a big make like USC? Very disappointed and wont be shopping again with USC - instore and of course never online.

A few things went wrong with ordering online. Firstly I found this was a really slow process, especially since I had the item delivered to a store where it turns out they sold the jeans! Then when in store a few days later the student discount being offered on the jeans was at 20% and not 10% as offered online. Lastly it said that if I got my delivery ordered to store I would get a free £5 voucher (the cost of deliver) to spend in store, I didn't!!!!!! with not order online again !

Having to pay £4.99 for a 3-5 day delivery on a jacket costing £180 is ridiculous. Especially when it's not even next day delivery. Then on top of that, returns are at the cost of the customer, which is £11 to send via royal mail (tracked and insured) in case the £180 jacket would go 'missing' on return. I won't be buying online from USC again.

Packaging was digusting. Everything was out of the plastic bags, not even folded up and just screwed up into a ball, in fact one item wasn’t even in a plastic bag and it needs to be returned as it doesn’t fit. Also one item on the invoice that I’d been charged for wasn’t even in the parcel. When speaking to your customer services she did say they would send a replacement out but I got no apology regarding the state of the packaging. Also I wasn’t in when the parcel arrived so the Hermes driver put it in the outside bin, which had just been emptied, so it ended up being right at the bottom of a dirty bin which wasn’t a very nice experience having to fish it out. I will definitely think twice before ordering from you again.

Put items in my basket and bought them them received an email from you to say out of stock. Why doesn't your system check stock upon ordering? The postage charge I was happy to pay on all 4 items but when it went down to 2 items wasn't given the choice to cancel which added a lot onto my order.

Part of my order was cancelled. Had to reorder and then the wrong item was delivered. £9.98 in postage. No response from emails to customer service. No other way of contacting them. Terrible shopping experience!!!
