I think USC charges way too much for delivery

Paid for next day delivery and parcel was with courier and never came until the day after emailed usc when the parcel never turned up after waiting in all day and evening for the parcel had to waste a second day waiting for a parcel to turn up had no contact back from usc poor customer service

Customer Service is very poor. No one to contact after an order has gone wrong. To return a faulty item, customer has to spend own money to return items.

I don’t agree with paying postage when I ordered over £200 worth of stock. We kept nearly everything (luckily) as I then had to pay to return the items. If it was a store pick up then you still have the postage to pay. But then they give you a voucher. But that doesn’t cover you to return items. So I also paid £3.00 to return them. This day and age these delivery costs should be waived as I for one would try and buy from companies that at least let you return them for free even if you pay for them to be delivered

Items I received had price tags at a lower price on them from what I paid. Totally took the mickey, Won't shop here again.

Everything was okay until I got my coat an it was damaged. It head scratched paint on hood string, one of the pockets was ripped so anything that was put in it would go somewhere stupid! And the coat was dirty literally the coat was a mess was very upset with it but I needed to use it anyway, so i didn't send it back.

Not answering the phone, Going through the phone system to be hung up on No allowed to take returns to a store unless you accept a credit note Being forced to pay £4.49 for returns because stores don't accept website returns

Ordered 4 items. 1 ok, 2 didn’t fit properly and most disappointing of all a shirt that was dirty.

When I ordered this shirt I got a email to say it had been cancelled. Then a few days later it turned up at my house. the Stitching wasn’t good around the bottoms on the shirt looks like it has been a return I’ve got

I ordered 5 pairs of footwear online, all reasonable priced, arrived quickly but unfortunately one pair was badly damaged ,all the stitching along one side had come away making the shoes completely UN wearable and useless. The returns policy is ridiculous, I cannot return to a store but have to return with the cost of returning them to my disadvantage. I would have received the refunded the cost of product and original postage but not the return postage . I understand if I had simply changed my mind but this was no fault of my own and was actually a poor quality product and poor quality checks before sending orders out. Feel very let down by this online service

order process was easy, delivery slow to dispatch.. i ordered three pairs of mens slippers size 10. when they arrived, i found them to be a very poor fit and although they were marked size 10 they were much smaller and very narrow. I had to re package all three pairs and send back at my own expense. A refund has been given minus my original postage costs and minus return postage. i originally chose usc because of the low cost of the slippers. In the end it has cost me £10 in postage, not to mention hassle of returning and i have nothing to show for it. I now wont risk ordering form usc in case other fittings are not true to size.. i feel i should not have had to pay postage costs for returning bad fitting items.

I placed a order online it says it would be 3 to 5 working days it was 7 days this was a birthday gift so with the delivery being late the birthday gift was late I emailed customer service. And it had taken them 3 days to get back to me that’s not good

There was a problem with delivering the items to my address but I was not alerted to this and had to call customer services to understand the situation. I was rather disgruntled that I was not contacted in any way.

Ordered a pair of boots in size 11 and I was sent a 10. These will be returned for the correct size, however online they aren't showing as available so would explain why an incorrect size was sent

The package took a long time to arrive. Cominacation was poor and the conversation I had with customer services was horrendous. Also great plan to give a £5 voucher for so that it means delivery is free however having to pay TWICE for delivery makes it feel a little bit much.
