You sent me an email asking to review you 7 days after you said my order has been processed. I still haven't received my order... Not great.

The colour is not as shown and I now have to pay the return carriage costs.

Items arrived in good time but why you charge £5 to have a parcel delivered to a store is beyond me. Opened my parcel to find the jeans I paid £32 for had a price sticker on for £24 and one if the shirts was unpackaged and looked like it had been worn. I was so disappointed that I packed all the items back up and returned the lot for a refund. And you even made me pay the postage. Why I couldn’t return the items to a store is again beyond me. I won’t be making any more online purchases, I’m done with USC 😡

Having to pay for return postage, you must be one of the only companies that do not provide fee postage

Pre ordered an item which meant my entire order was delayed by a month. When it arrived they'd sent the wrong size so now my shoes are sold out in the size I need

I am still waiting on an e-mail advising me that my item is ready for collection....8 days later.....will not order again with USC due to the time it takes to deliver.

Had past experiences and everything went right. Already sent an email to customer service saying that my order was incomplete - didn't get an answer (already 3 days ago). They status will be respond in 24h.

I ordered shoes from USC over a week ago, paid the 5 pound for delivery, but still have not received my order. I cannot contact Hermes to find out where it is, as they advise that I have to deal with the online retailer. I have contacted USC to find out what the issue is, but have not heard back. I have had many packages delivered to my office address before from other companies with no issue. I won't be ordering from USC again.

The long sleeved shirt displayed on the website was not the shirt delivered but a t shirt although it had the right tag on it. All i can put it down to is an error on the website also one of the trousers ordered was more of a length 32 and not a 34 length. I find it cost extra to send back so won't bother. It's the first time I've been disappointed by USC

One of the tops came with a security tag still attached. Since I have to pay for return postage, I think this is unacceptable.

Some items in already ripped open plastic bags or not in bags. Some items correct size on bags but wrong size on garment. Returning a number of items tomorrow

Takes forever to be delivered, nearly 5 days, when other online stores like Boohooman are here within a day, and they offer massive discount codes for free delivery and up to 50% off the full store, you charge 4.99 for delivery which is absolutely scandalous, even click and collect is 4.99, fair enough you offer a fiver discount in sore voucher with click and collect, but I'd much prefer that as a discount off my bill, these are the reasons I very rarely use your site anymore.

One of my tops I ordered was all marked so had to be sent back which I then had to pay a further £2.99 for as I was not aloud to return it to the store ? So altogether it cost be 8 pound to get my items sent to me then sent back ? Not very good customer service.

I was very disappointed to find out that I was getting charged £4 for delivery. I spend a lot of money, over £200, and was still charged this fee. There was not even an option to get my items delivered to the store. I won’t be purchasing anything else from USC online !!! I will also be telling friends and family about this poor service. Very disappointed customer!

Ordered a pair of trainers & tshirt received an email saying the trainers were out of stock and they were just sending the tshirt. I then ordered a different pair of trainers as the ones i wanted were out of stock i then received both pairs of trainers. Bad communication and poor response. The box the trainers were in also had black pen scribbles all over them which was horrible looking as they were going to be a gift. I used to think the prices were great no things are overpriced even the delivery is expensive compared to other websites. Not sure if i will order products again.
