Missing an item from my order that's for a holiday next week still waiting for reply on where this item is as I contacted the same day I received my order (Wednesday 4th October) . Was made to feel like I was lying about the missing item aswell(unsure is this was meant or not) which is a little annoying as I have payed for something I haven't received.

The items werent as described, disappointed in the wait time when collecting order. At First, i was told the order wasn't there, but when showed email and hassle involved i was able to get my order. Ideally, USC should offer something for disappointment

Should have took pics, but didn't have phone handy....when opening the bag 4 of the items that I had ordered had obviously pervious been returned..I don't have a problem with this as items get return...but they were rolled in a ball and rapped polithene...clothes were very cressed..these items were full price and not in the sale...so find this badocument business..all items fitted and we're unmarked...but still thought it was bad practice imo...cheers..

the trainers i received were poor quality . The one trainer was fully olive green which was fine but the other was half green half grey and slightly scuffed, hence I have returned them and am hoping for a replacement

It was the wrong thing I ordered then when i tried to send it back I had to pay so i didn’t send it back.

Have to pay for postage for return - not had to do that with any other supplier. Also shirt was supposed to be XL - had XL that have been too big before - but too small for Lyle and Scott. All my other XL Lyle and Scott fit - suggests to me they faulty items.

Delivery 2 days late and charging for returned product is a disgrace were others don't so I will be using them . All product been returned and awaiting return of my payment asap

They sent out a t shirt too small, I ordered the right one I checked twice and they still sent the wrong one out. Still in post to return hopefully everything goes smoothly.

Unfortunately there is still a security tag on one of the items purchased.I now have to go to the shop to see if they can remove this causing inconvenience.I had paid for delivery to avoid having to go into store.

1st, prac all sports direct in s.e London and local Kent didn’t ave my trainers in size 7 so ad 2 order online from usc, which I understand is in t.wells, paid mon I think and they get 2 my local sports direct store on 5 days later on fri morn and postage was a fiver! (£1 per day?) 2nd, checked my progress of order and last box sez collected, which wasn’t filled in so thought I ad 2 collect, I ad 2 go near 2 sports direct Orpington and popped in but they wasn’t in yet and the time was 10-25am, got home at 10-50am 2 find email sent 2 me at 10-40am sayin collect your order. Never again! Better 4 me 2 drive 2 t.wells 2 pic up...

I ordered some shoes and when I received order confirmation, I immediately noticed they weren't the colour I thought I had ordered and asked for them to be changed and was told that I couldn't as it was being processed, even though it was several days later before they were delivered? This resulted in me having to send the shoes back at a cost to me.

When my delivery arrived, all of the packaging was crushed and battered and the product was overly creased. I ordered next day delivery and it didn’t come until the day after the day it was meant to. Just not a good service. Won’t be ordering online from USC again.

Honestly there are some bargains to be had but not that many and as almost everything is already reduced, despite being available at similar prices from other retailers, student discount is not allowed so therefore am not really seeing the benefit. Not to mention the extortionate cost of delivery, even to store. I spent £70 and still had to pay delivery.Come on USC sort it out!

On receiving my order (pair of Hugo boss trainers)I opened them to find two totally different trainers inside as this was my first order with usc I am very very dissatisfied could someone contact me to organise to put this mistake right

The shoes are terrible. One pair I bought were way too big, I'm pretty sure I was given a size up, and the other pair are so uncomfortable (trainers) id rather wear 10 inch heels.
