Nothing wrong with clothing just the cost of postage and return postage if anything wrong and you can't even return to shop

I ordered a soulcal shirt - extra large based on previous shirts from soulcal. When it arrived it was much larger than the my other soulcal shirts. I returned it and asked for a large size. I have just been refunded as large is out of stock. I have paid out £5 delivery and £4 return postage for nothing. I am not happy with the experience. I will probably never buy from USC online again.

Ordered two pairs of Converse, one for me (UK Size 9) and a pair for my girlfriend (Women's Size 4). I received the order in good time, except there appears to be a mix-up with the sizes for the UK Size 9s. A UK 9 is also a US 9, and an EU size 42.5. My shoes say that they are UK Size 9, but a US Size 10 and EU Size 44. So either Converse have silently changed the parameters for what a UK Size 9 is, or the shoes are mislabelled as a Size 9. Either way, I will be returning them. As for the pair for my girlfriend, I ordered a Women's Size 4, and received a Men's UK Size 4, which equates to a Women's Size 6. This was despite me ordering them from the Women's section of your website. They will be returned also.

on sat I placed my order on line,was given a transaction number?,as I had received NO acknowledgement by Mon regarding my order,so on Mon at around 2.00pm I rang the customer service line,I was Informed by the person on the other end that no record existed of my order.NOTHING was on your system regarding my name,address etc,as these shoes were a present I went out and purchased another pair of shoes,guess what on Tue received acknowledgement of my original order,put it bluntly you did awful,any other company I have dealt with on line sends me a conformation of my order within 2/3 mins why don't you?

Poor quality t-shirts and expensive shipping. Free returns would be good due to lack of proper sizing description across clothes ranges

One of the items can with out a tag or even in wrapping. Also item was delivered but thrown into a bin outside of the house

Not impressed at all with the polo shirts, poor quality, one came without its own plastic bag. Both shirts seemed to have been throw in the postal bag so were very creased.

Everything was spot on except one pair of jeans which was inside out and scrambled up in the bag like it was worn and taken off

One of the tops i bought had yellow stains under the armpits. The firetrap jeans were a very odd shape, baggy around the crotch. Really disappointed with the quality overall. Didnt want to pay extra for the postage to return items so returned them to the store and am stuck with a credit note.

Great selection available. Ordered a pair of shoes last month from the sale. So comfy so ordered another pair. Yet again they sent the wrong size- too small. Now out of stock. Thus happened the first time round as well. Maybe take more care to send correct size before dispatch. Very disappointing

Bought on-line item which was too small & was trying to call the Oxford St (FLAG SHIP STORE), to check stock in size & to go there & exchange it, quicker rather than going through the Postal Process. No one answers the phone "all day long", morning right through to late evening which was awful, extremely disappointing & frustrating. Eventually gave up & went there after work by chance but didn't have the required size. Totally waste of time & journey. All avoidable if phone was answered throughout the day. All very off putting in retaining customers.

Bought a pair of kid's trainers, one of which (right foot) was obviously an ex-display item as it was dirty and looked significantly more used than the other one (other one looked quite new and not used at all). This was meant to be a gift. Also I can't imagine member of staff responsible for packaging not noticing a very obvious fault. Return at your own cost! Why does the customer have to pay for supplier's mistake? Wate of time and money. I won't be shopping at usc again, sorry.
