Went in store to get the Van shoes in white non in stock was offered a dirty display one as that was the size. Then was told we can order online I was expecting the lady to order on system to order in store or go on a website via tablet or something but instead wrote the code of the shoe and the website, which I wasn't very happy about as USC is big name and a company would expect to have some sort of tablet or a system to order stock. On the other hand always charge for delivery where alot of online companies do free delivery and returns which I wasn't to pleased about. I had to order shoes from USC as my wife's loyal customer but we won't be ordering anything else in the future.

I didn't get my order then when I went to try and resolve it multiple times nobody ever replied to my emails that I sent using the website

We received a lacoste t-shirt from you that we ordered on line and it has arrived with the security tag still attached, so I am now having to go into a store to get it removed as my husband can't wear it.

Online showed 2 different prints for the shorts I ordered. A greenish design and a reddish design. When my order came I had 2 pairs of red design. Don't have time to return as work commitments. Disappointed.

I was really happy with the product and the fact USC offer student discount. However, charging £5 for delivery is extortionate, and higher than I have been charged anywhere else! I would have opted for in store delivery but unfortunately this was not available for the items I was ordering.

Initially I tried to purchase my items using the USC App which would not function properly, freezing at the load screen. I then was not given the option of next day delivery. Then to top of my poor purchasing experience the zip broke on one of the jackets bought.

The website and delivery was all ok but unfortunately one pair of shoes came where 1 foot was extremely sun damaged and dis coloured so the would should be white like the other foot but was more brown/yellow to the point even the canvas shoe was a different colour and the branded logo on the side they look totally odd. I didn't want to have to pay for the return as it was clearly a fault and as the shoes were in the sale it didn't seem worth the hassle sending back as would be a large proportion of what already paid for them. I think return s should be free and made clear how to action this as I would have liked a replacment pair at no cost to myself with delivery/return.

I had an email 2 days after making an online purchase to say that item was out of stock. Extremely poor service!!

I ordered a polo and a pair of trainers. The trainers were perfect when they arrived. However, the polo was thrown in the plastic shipping bag, with the hanger still in it, along with the trainer box. The polo was unpackaged. All of this lead to it being out of shape and very creased when arriving. I would have expected it to be packed a lot better, folded and possibly put in a separate plastic bag before being put in the shipping bag. Having ordered items directly from Pretty Green before, I can assure you that are packaged in a supremely better manner.

Hi I think the delivery notification can be better as I didn't know what day my parcel will arrive. Also I wore one of the tops I purchased for the first time and found that there was a hole which I am having to get stitched up because it is probably easier to do that than send it back

I was very disappointed that a security tag was left on my cruyff trainers..to save the time and hassle sending them back I took them to my local Tesco store and they removed it for me..

The returns process is horrific. You can't just go into store and get your money back or return simply you have to pay which is crazy when you already pay to have it delievered to store

Twice now have ordered items and felt description not really matched item. Delivery cost prohibitive, other companies use Click & Collect & it's usually free. Plus then sending back registered post - so for this last item it has cost me just over £13 and I have nothing for it!

£4.99 for a 5 day delivery to then find I had to pay £7.90 to return items that didn't fit! not allowed to return them to store either which is very bizarre, all in all shocking customer service

I was not happy that I had to pay £4.99 delivery charge to deliver to one of your own stores, but am even more annoyed that I can not return my item to my local store, I have to return at my own cost!! The postage costs are going to be over half the value of the items I kept. Totally unacceptable!

Quick delivery. but polo shirt came with store security tag still attached on it. First local store (20 miles away)would not remove it. Had to go to a Belfast store 70 miles round trip before they would remove the tag.. NOT happy to be honest at having to take almost 3 hours out of my day off work to get a stupid error rectified... I'd like some kind of reimbursement for my inconvenience...

Purchased 4 Versace polo shirts and promptly returned them.Poor quality these looked fake.Packaging ripped and torn.Just glad to get my money back won't be purchasing from this site again.

The wrong item was sent out. USC sent out a dirty Clavin Klein T-shirt instead of a clean Luke T-shirt.
