I paid extra for an express delivery for the Monday. USC used Hermes who managed not to deliver it until the Tuesday. I queried about a refund of some or all of my postage and never even had the curtesy of a reply.

poor delivery service. Hermes are terrible won't order again off amazon if I know Hermes are the curriers

Courier was no good for someone who works. Eventually arranged delivery and most did not fit. Had to spend £12 to return, waste of money. First and last time I will shop with USC online.

Can not believe u change £5 to send a item and it's been over week and still not here u only send from one company to another and u own them both totally a rip for £5 u should be getting the next day 😡

Delivery service absolutely shocking. Plus delivery charge still on order over £150. Won't be rushing to use this service again in a hurry

Placed order then half order cancelled as oos. Then placed another order so had to pay delivery twice

When purchasing from major retailers their should not be such a large delivery charge,most shops will offer a free click and reserve.usc would be my no1 shop if it wasn't for this.

Ordered and paid for next day delivery but took two days to arrive with no communication. Was pleased with the order but arrived too late for the purpose I purchased it for.

The courier company used 'Hermes' are not reliable, waited in all day, checked delivery status said 'delivery attempted'! No attempt was made or calling card left. Hermes have now returned my purchase to USC!!!!

Order was delivered on time but one item (replay trainers) were marked, I sent pictures to USC a week ago but still waiting to receive a reply

I ordered my clothes so that they would arrive in time for the celebration of Eid...which they did, but I guess I guess I got too happy too quickly! The shorts did not fit perfectly and one of them did not even seem like a medium size. The sleeves were ridiculously sized, I have never had an issue with shirts of Medium size. But these were so tight from the forearm to the upper arm. SO DISAPPOINTED THAT I COULD NOT ENJOY THE DAY! The trainers too were smaller in size and I have been and still am a size 9 for years now! Never had an issue. I couldn't even wear my new trainers. To top it all off they expect ME TO PAY FOR RETURNS! This is probably what they expect as they must get many returns due to these issues. I even checked the shirt size guide. But still had issues! I will be ringing the customer care team (hoping they have one) and insisting they pay for my exchanges. The clothes themselves are nice but the sizes are incorrect. This was MY FIRST TIME BUYING FROM HERE...not so sure there will be a next time!

Bought a shirt for my husband in store but unfortunately it was too big. I wanted to change it for a smaller size but no stock was available. I was disappointed with the policy of only being able to get a credit note & not even offered an order to collect in store. I then ordered the smaller size online & had to pay £4.99 to either have it delivered to store or home with no free postage option. It's a good job the shirt fits after all that messing about. I will try to buy the brand elsewhere next time.

Most of my the clothes I have received was creased and packaging was really poor, and did not look nice, you don't expect for branded new clothes to be packed like that.

I brought 3 items. Jeans, T-shirt and shoes, the shoes and jeans are perfect however the T-shirt had stitches coming out and white paint stain.

En varias ocasiones, he recibido el pedido mal: una el producto llegó defectuoso y en otra una talla diferente a la comprada. En estos casos, los gastos de devolución corren por cuenta del cliente; debería haber un tope de compra para que los gastos de envío fuesen gratuitos.
