“I was sent a wrong size of jeans I ordered! I ordered 34/32, as specified on my order and invoice, but the pair I received is 30/32!! Plus the belt was 'one size' which I assumed meant one size fits all, however it is way too long and cannot be adjusted. Very dissapointing”

“There was nothing wrong with the product and the delivery was on time but i thought that when the product arrived it was in a bag which resembled a black bin bag and came with no delivery note only a sticker with a barcode on it which i still dont know what it was for. Thankfully i was happy with the product because if i was not i would have been completely stuck as there was no information on how to return it.”

“I have now sent 4 messages via your website regarding my order, to which I have received no reply.In fairness to yourselves you have previously delivered an excellent service, but, my latest order I have been very disappointed with. I ordered a pair of blue Adidas Gazelle, when they arrived one was severely shop soiled (I have a photo if you require it). What I am really unhappy about is having to return them at MY cost, despite being a USC error. I believe my initial postage and packing costs should be reimbursed by yourselves at the very least.”

“Ordered on the 17th May, received an email from USC today, 25th May, asking for my feedback on my experience. I haven't received the items yet. And so, if this is a request for a review on my experience so far, it's not that great. The items should have been delivered by now.”

“Ordered the products, paid extra for next day delivery and the items don't turn up! I tweeted, emailed and then eventually found a phone number where I was told as soon as it arrived I need to ring again for a refund. Why not just do the delivery charge as a refund in the first place?! I did get the refund and the products were delivery two days later. Although the products were cheaper on the site I don't think I shall be ordering again.”

“I ordered three pairs of footwear,they all came together in one bag which was ripped. When I opened the bag fully it was clear that they had been left somewhere wet. All three boxes were water damaged and crushed! Fortunately they were all for myself as there was no way they could have been given as a gift. No care was taken either by store or the carrier. Very disappointed and the only plus was they arrived when they said they would be. My regret is I did not take a photograph of the damage”

“Still havent received my order, apparently has been returned to sender and i'll get a refund. Sat in for 2 days waiting and not even an attempt at delivery. Not USC's fault but Hermes the delivery service they use.”

“Very poor quality products ! I bought couple of pairs G-star jeans but all the items have defects . I understand that they might be rejected clothes ( second or third quality ) and that is why they are offered on lower price than usual but at least that could be said in the description part and could a picture of the defect be attached so buyer get the right impression of the state of the product. Very disappointed overall !”

“The tshirt & delivery were fine, however the price tag depicted a sale price. When I contacted your customer service their response was it must have been a mistake and you are not getting refunded. For a big company I would have expected a better customer service, shameful really.”

“Unfortunately it is getting increasingly annoying with regards to sizing. I went through all the size guides and XXL, was according to that, correct. Yet it wasn't even close to fitting, in fact it fitted my son who is normally a medium. I have paid for next day delivery on both parcels but only got one the next day and have now had to pay the postage for returning. Very disappointing and misleading.”

“The items I purchase are always good quality, but they are also well paid for. What I find quite shocking is that however much you spend on your website you still have to pay delivery! So £165 and still charged £5 delivery, that is quite shocking.”
