Ordered a women's sleeveless shirt online when it came it was too big so sent it back wanting to exchange it, got an email saying it had been exchanged to then get another email saying it was out of stock so wouldn't be charged but I'd already been charged but not refunded so after emailing them and hearing nothing back I had to phone them to which they did refund me, but the shirt I wanted to exchange for a size smaller was back in stock but they wouldn't exchange it so now if I want the shirt Iv got to pay for delivery again!! Not very good customer service USC.

Paid for express next day shipping and it didn't arrive before I had left the country. On the upside I have been promised a full refund

Not happy with service of delivery due to the man opening my porch and placing my package in... would appreciate a simple knock on the door or pressing the doorbell

Ordered trainers, order went through ok no issue's with stock or anything then get e-mail a few days later to say you didnt have them in stock. Very unhappy

I ordered two pairs of shoes for £26. To have these shoes delivered was £5, so my grand total was £31. Unfortunately one of the shoes was out of stock, so only one of these pairs was delivered. This meant I got worse value for my purchase. £31 for 2 pairs of shoes is what i wanted to spend, but instead I spent £19 on one pair. I would be happy to order a replacement second pair if you could give free delivery on these to make up for my disappointment. If the shoes were out of stock, I should not have been able to order them in the first place.

All items had previously been removed from individual packing and thrown back into it. No items were folded. A jacket I purchased looked like it had been dragged around the floor it was covered in dust. Very poor mail order service, very disappointed!!

Excessive delivery cost, returns policy also very bad as postage it at buyers expense. Returned to store and was given a store credit note as they said for refunds needed to be posted back at my expense, also no returns label in with delivery and as i do not have a printer at home this would have been more troublesome for me

When I went to collect my parcel at sports direct the lady who served me, I think her name was Rukshana, was rather rude and abrupt. No please or thank yous. No eye contact. I was made to feel like me being there was a hinderence for her.

Firstly had my order delivered to store at a cost of 4.99 which majority of stores don't charge for this , however was given a 5 pound voucher to use in sports direct a store I never use so a waste for me ..second it then cost me to send it back again majority of stores it's free now a store like USC that charges top end in prices for clothes think it's disgusting and I will just shop in store from now on never online , then also been told it will take up to 14 days for a refund not happy at that too

I have ordered 4 Vans trainers for the first time from you and one of them came with some white marks on the left foot side and the right one full of dust. I am not happy about it as the shoes were supposed to be a gift for someone. I even sent you a message on your website regarding this issue but no one care to respond back...Very disappointed!

USC have left a security tag on one of the clothing which I purchased online, then repackaged the item in its former box and sold it to me under the assumption of it being new.

One of my converse the stitching was all out and it was white instead of the black outter rim of the show which was meant to be black. Bad manufacturing and shouldn't have sold them in that condition

Ordered 2 sizes for fit, had to collect from sports direct, not USC, paid 4.99 postage but got a voucher for sports direct for 5.00 (which gets you to spend more money in there) then had to pay 3.90 to send pair i didnt want back?????

I ordered a pair of children's Vans online. When they arrived there was only 1 shoe in the box. Terrible communication via email. It took 2 days to receive a response which asked which shoes I was referring to, even though I had explained clearly in my original email. 4 days on and no more email response. I returned to store where the staff were great. Do not order online, go to the shop!!

The prices were good and it was quick delivery. Ordered shoes and one of them came as an odd pair. Went in store to speak to them and was told that i would have to email customer services. Awaiting a reply.
