i order 2 items and i receive just 1 and i don't want to pay the delivery cost just for 1 product just because an error of system...during the holidays probably slow delivery more then 8 days..

I paid £6.99 for next day delivery but I didn't receive my order until 3 days after I placed it. I made a complaint and my delivery charge was refunded quickly. Also, the shoes I received were not the ones I ordered. I will be returning them shortly.

Well to start with I paid £6.99 for next day delivery only for them to be delivered four days later. When the item arrived I checked the items over only to find that a pair of the converse (that were supposed to be size 6) were two different sizes? One was a size 6 and the other was a size 5. Over the course of the four days where my order didn't arrive I email you number our times, it took 5 days to get 1 response to my many questions.

Next day delivery is not what you expect. Order wasn't even processed for over 24 hours despite being placed before 9am on a weekday. Complaint ignored by customer services. Delivery was 3 full days after placing order.

I ordered a pair of white leather hi top converse, which i had wanted for a while. When they were delivered the shoes were loose, when i opened the packaging, the box was all ripped an battered and the shoe had come loose. I like to keep my shoes in the boxes and wasn't happy at all that the box was destroyed. not the best service i have had to be honest.

cost £4.99 delivery , then had to return items so another £7 delivery , why cant you give returns labels like other company's do for only £1.99

Ordered a large variety of clothes for holidays for the family with the idea it would be easier and quicker. However I did not expect I would be paying to return any clothes that didn't fit or suit. Cost me £15 in delivery to return unwanted items. Adding this onto the cost of small amount of clothes kept didn't make the sales bargains worth while after all.

Hey there, So we can being with the fact that I am unable to track my order. I don't get any info on the tracking site. Let's say I accept this and be patient until the courier will reach me. I decided to reach the Call Center so I can ask someone about my order and the shipping info and all I got was: I will request for an update. I've informed the agent that I need to know more about the status and she told me again: yeah, I'll ask for an update. I am asking her again: So you will keep me updated over the email? Her reply again, was: Yeah, I'll ask for an update. Kindly dissapointed. With Sportsdirect was a lot more easier. I do believe you know that in any type of business it's important to have an active communication or at least a good connection with your customers. Doesn't seem to apply for your guys. And it's not about me at least, make an idea of the impression you are offering to the total. Doing the demands seems like you're missing something and loosing in the same time. Thanks, Marian.

To be honest I've not ordered from USC before and I probably won't again. The prices are competitive but the delivery was shocking. I ordered some vans trainers for my sons birthday and the box was wripped and squashed and totally useless to keep the trainers in and the trainers looked worn. Both of them! If my son wasn't so desperate for them I would have returned them and gone elsewhere even if I had to pay full price. I also ordered a sports bag that also came in ripped packaging. Like I say I probably won't use again or recommend.

Delivery was fine, but the design of two of the three garments I purchased was unimpressive. I was disappointed that the jeans had bright yellow stitching

Everything was fine apart from you're website wouldn't give me the option to click and collect as I knew I wouldn't be available to receive the order in the post.
