You are currently asking me to review products which I have not yet received, hence I am saying it is poor customer service.

Why does it cost £4 + pounds to get a delivery to store? No other retailer I use does this. Store delivery is free. I assume that the truck my order came on was probably going to the store anyway to drop off / collect stock. I feel as though it's more to make money rather to cover any actual delivery costs.

I have two orders which have not yet been delivered. Tracking tells me there is a delay. These gifts are needed for Tuesday. I am very disappointed

Still waiting for the delivery to arrive. Been over a week. Normally arrives within a few days. Panicking because it children's Christmas trainers.

The items were great but when I got them home they still had the secrurity tags on so had to have another trip back into Livingston very dissapointed

The g star jumper I bought had a price tag in it of 19 pound and i paid 35 for it and also the 5 voucher runs out on the 7th of December so not happy really

picked up the order from Sports direct very slow service from start to finish the man behind the counter smelt of sweat which was very off putting and was asked to move to the side while he served someone else.

Shocking that you charge for delivery, then customer has to pay to return items. Wont be using USC again when so many mail order offer free returns

The clothes were old and very dusty!! Now I have to pay return postage to send them back when it is clearly the responsibility of the company!

I ordered my items and paid for them 10 days ago and I still haven't got them, and I cant track them they have been with Herms for 7 days now.

The delivery of the items I ordered was disgusting and then trying to speak to someone about the problem was even worse. I received 2 emails on separate days from "MyHermes" stating the parcel had been delivered successfully, when clearly it hadn't. I eventually found an email address for you (but no telephone number) and did get a response from customer services to my first email, but still no response to my subsequent email. My parcel was eventually delivered over 10 days after I had ordered and paid for my items.

I feel that your return policy is disgraceful. I bought trainers online for my son but they were unsuitable. I live in East Kilbride and thought I could just return them to my local store, I called and they told me I could not get a refund and would have to print out a return form ( I have no printer). Then I discovered not only do I need to pay to have them delivered ,I have to pay to return them. It's a joke! Well you did ask!. I will not be shopping in your store again.

I still have not received my order even although you say it has been delivered. I have sent an email with regards to this and have not received a response. I need my order for presents. This is not acceptable ml8 5ld

One of the items I purchased came with a whole in the sleeve and is therefore unwearable. In addition to this I was extremely unsatisfied with the returns and exchange procedure considering I would have to pay for postage for an item that was damaged before I even received it

Unable to get a refund on an item in store. Had to pay to iver £3 to return. Would not use for this reason again. Other shops offer better services. USC need to get with the times on returns. If You make it easier people are more likely to use you again. I wouldn't recommend.
