Clothes were as described. Parcel went to wrong address initially and Hermes customer service is shocking. Postage is customer paid for returns. Your competitors use collect+ from shops and it is free Cant even return to local USC store Will shop elsewhere in future

The delivery was acceptable but don't think it's right to charge £4.99 for click and collect. All other stores don't operate in this way. I also found it extremely disappointing that you cannot return the item to the store if it doesn't suit and that you have to return by post incurring additional costs again to send this by registered post.

I have ordered 3 items, all Christmas presents. The girls coat came and is all dirty, looks like it was splashed with something and is all over it.

You sent me an email of a basket I'd left in check out from a day or two earlier..I followed the link to check out the purchased as it was a present. I then continued through my emails and saw that you were offering an additional 20% off due to Black Friday, so I emailed your customer services straight away prior to the order being dispatch, explaining and asking if you could help but I got a generic fob off saying you couldn't! So disappointed as I felt I had been ripped off. I won't be ordering from you again based on this experience.

I ordered some women's boots as a xmas present and when they were delivered the box they came in was battered and ripped, not presentable as a xmas present. Never usually have a problem but a little disappointed with the handling of the product.

Paid £4.99 for delivery.polo t shirt had been opened and had stain on the front. Customer services were not helpful. Told we had to send pics to them. Still waiting for a reply ??.

Dear Madame, Sir, I have not yet received my order which because I have made it from Bulgaria is understandable but what is not acceptable for me is that I have received no information whatsoever when I am going to receive it. I have written a message to you several days ago asking about that and have received no reply yet! I will be grateful if I can obtain more information on my order!

I ordered Adidas Gazelle shoes in Royal Blue which arrived in a pale blue. This wasn't the colour on the website. I have had the hassle of having to return them at a cost due to being advised to send registered post. This has actually cost me £10.00 for delivery and return costs and I have nothing to show for it. Also the box the trainers arrived in was very badly damaged, not good first impression :(

Apart from email there was no way to contact usc. Entered discount code and although it showed up it never came off payment so there was no quick way to cancel order.

I recieved my order, and am happy with the quality goods but not the size, I order underwear from yourselves all the time and always buy xl, on this occasion I opted for lacoste and again oredered xl, they arrived and are xl but are 40-42 inch waist, I myself are 34-35, I have opened the boxes to have a look and they are huge, I have not tried them on and am still waiting for a response if I can return these for a smaller size,I dont like to complain but £50+ at xmas is a lot of money to waste, and if matter is not dealt with to my satisfaction I would in future be put off ordering online anymore or buying from your stores, I really hope that this does not happen because as you can see I have been buying more and more regulary from yourselves and always look ay USC online for my clothes before any other store. Thankyou.

Appaulling customer service after emailing 5-6 times asking for an update on my order which has still not arrived after 9 days, I was given a generic response that it would arrive in a couple of days. Not what I would have expected.

not responsive on emails sending emails an not getting bak 2 a very good costumer I won't be using this site again as they haven't responded An solve my issue postage is expensive 2 An plus if u Hav any issues with your items cost u 2 send bak 2

Purchased few items all were OK despite 2 items 1- firetrap shoes ordered in size 8 but received size 9 Email customer services twice now since 4 days no reply to send us returns label so we can post the wrong size item back for exchange. As it's error from USC i shouldn't be liable to pay for postage for returning an item which is wrongly delivered by USC. 2- quality if a dkny top was very poor. Doesn't feel like quality of a good brand like dkny. My review is based mostly on the no response for my email.

Items arrived and looked nothing like they did on the website. They were also very poorly packaged and 1 item (being a white polo shirt) looks like it has been on the floor and has dirty marks on it.
