Paid for next day delivery expecting parcel to arrive by Wednesday however didn't receive until Thursday, not good enough when your paying the highest amount of postage!

As a customer that lives outside of a major shopping area it was very difficult to take advantage of the offers all at once. E.g. i received your e-mail with 20% off and took advantage of the delivery to store (due to a pre arranged visit to your Glasgow store) with a £5.00 voucher. I had planned to purchase more in store so this would come in useful with the 20% off. My goods didn't arrive very quickly. On arrival i took my voucher along with my shopping list in to store, Only to find that the store did not have the same discount over black friday as on-line. Other stores do. I was told your online store competes against it's own shop. I couldn't order on-line as couldn't use voucher there and to delivery to store would have incurred me extra cost. The 2 items i had originally purchased, plus the 2 pairs of boots i'd wanted to buy (only purchased 1 in the end) were actually reduced further on-line! it was too much hassle to send them back and re-order. I feel a little cheated.

Order delivered quickly which was good but really disappointed that i spent nearly £100 and still had to pay delivery and return charges - more than £10!! Individual clothing items were in bags that were already opened.

La web y sus productos y precios son muy buenos y recomendables pero el envío ahora con Windirect es desastroso.Anteriormente con DHL era perfecto tenias el pedido en Barcelona en 4-5 días.Llevo ya 9dias esperando mi ultimo pedido y Rebecca me envía un link del tracking que me remite a una pagina que no me da ninguna información.Mis mejores deseos para ustedes señores de USC.

Paid for next day delivery as I really needed the item delivered the next day. Went online to find only an email address as a way of contact no telephone number, had to tweet to ensure a prompt response, item delivered the next day and delivery charge refunded (appreciated but still was let down at the time), no communication on the day of expected delivery when I had someone wait in all day for it and when I stated I was unhappy that I hadn't been told at the time there was a problem with delivery I didn't get a reply!

I'm very happy with the products I purchased but not with the customer service. I collected my parcel at a sports direct store. After queuing for sometime I eventually asked for my parcel, I was told to stand to the side and they would radio it to a college after they had served the next customer. So I did understanding that it was busy and while i wait other customers can be served. I waited 10mins to then have to ask again for my parcel and be told wait I will radio it in a minute. The manager of the store was tidying near the till so I approached him and explained that I am waiting for a parcel. I then had to tell them my details again and as the manager went to retrieve the parcel he made it clear he was not happy to help and moaned as he turned his back to go and get the parcel. Overall a very unpleasant experience not easy at all.

Charge for delivery when a lot of online companies don't. And the day my product was due to arrive reduce the price ! I have now had to send back and reorder ?? Surely that's not in USC's best interests.

I think your postage is way too much and then when you return something it takes your too long to refund

Placed order then never heard another thing until it was being delivered.. paid £4.99 for delivery which I think it's a bit expensive .. parcel arrived and the packaging was all ripped !!!

Being charged for delivery to the store is ridiculous really. Plus had to wait 6 days to be delivered to the store!

product I bought there was an eccessive reduction on price and it cost me 60 pounds and I thought I was getting a good deal but was not impressed with the goods for a La Coste item seamed very second grade

Paid extra for next day delivery on the Wednesday. Order didn't turn up till the Monday night. Never got a confirmation email to say when it was going to be delivered. All in all poor service.

I bought a pair of shoes on online, but you put two different sizes shoes in one box and delivered to me. Last Saturday I returned it to you by Royal Mail. I don't know wether you have received it or not. If you have it please let me know and I want my refund ASAP! It has been 5 days since I returned it to you!
