2 of the items ordered seem to have been used and then poorly repacked, both items of clothing (jeans and a shirt) show signs of being worn and smell of nicotine, such a poor customer experience for such costly items

Still didn't receive my order... 10 days from my order....From some other sites from England, I would wash, dry and wear my ordered clothes....

I didn't get an email to say my item was ready for collection. I expected it should have arrived. I logged into my account on the main site & saw that my item was ready for collection

Paid £6.99 for next day but was not delivered on the next day. Appreciate ordered before cut off time but received email 4 minutes past the cut off for next day. I should not have been charged if company couldn't deliver.

I used to order from you, but my last order two pairs of shorts I ordered were two big. I read the instructions and realised I have to pay Royal Mail to send back.but at the top you won't my experience to be the best. Amazon collect returns for free.not sure I will order anything else incase I have to return anything else.

Had to return some goods and went down to Brighton. After waiting in a queue at the till for ages, I was then told that goods bought on the Internet could only be returned by sending them back and not through the shop! Unbelievable !!

I paid for next day delivery on Thursday 25th and was not bothered as long as they arrived on time for Saturday 27th evening. The delivery service you used 'Yodel' did not attempt to deliver my parcel until Tuesday 30th! I had to go into my local USC on the Saturday to buy the SAME boots which I may as well have done in the first place. However, your advisor was very helpful when I phoned Saturday to ask what was going on and also informed me that Yodel had not attempted to deliver on Saturday due to my delivery address being a business address so Yodel had assumed it would be closed. She told me exactly what to do and was very nice. I don't think I will be ordering online from USC again unfortunately.

The garment has an obvious flaw in the left sleeve. As its a sale item, I'm worried that I won't get a replacement. This should of been noticed before shipment.

Jacket turned up looking as if it had been lying in a cupboard for a couple of years and had a button missing. Couldn't be bothered sending it back, shelling out for postage etc. Had a spare button on tag but poor nonetheless.

I ordered at 16:26 on 22/08/16 and paid £6:99 for next day delivery to my work address for a birthday present on 24/08/16 I had to phone the delivery driver on 24/08/16 as I was leaving my work to find out where my parcel was. As a "goodwill gesture" USC refunded me £2:00 for my parcel being late as a minimuMm I was expecting all my postage refunded. Not a good service at all

I travelled 25 miles round trip to return items to shop only to be told I could only have a credit note. The returns slip did not state you could only return by post. The Shop assistant agreed it didn't state this and to telephone customer services and they would maybe supply a free return slip.I was told by customer services it is not a requirement to put this information on return slip.Will not be buying from USC again too much hassle...

1 item took a week to be delivered to store, not really what you would expect with how quickly you can get hold of things nowadays.
