Over a week later and still waiting on the email to say parcel was ready for collection from chosen store. Popped in on the off chance and it had been there for 5 days

I ordered item in 16/07/16 and still hasn't arrived today 23/07/16 when it was postage paid for 3-5 days. Totally disappointed as it was a gift that's didn't arrive on time

Hi The sizing of the jeans were too small and the fact that the purple top had a stain on the front. Also the returns cost was £12 which is extremely expensive.

Still not received item although there have been at least three deliveries to my nominated store. Very difficult to contact you with regards to this, once I did find contact details customer service rep did not seem very concerned that the item was. Still not delivered, I have only been told that it has been picked and will go out whenever they are next delivering. No specifics and absolutely no use to me. Would not recommend using your online service at all. Not good enough, cannot comment on the item delivered but your email for this has a different coloured item than I have ordered. I do hope the correct item is sent immediately. Email contact has been minimal as regards to the status of the order which is ridiculous in Internet shopping.

Initially I had placed an order that included a pre order item along with a normal order of shoes...2weeks went by and I got nothing through the post and I emailed the customer service.... Got a very blunt and rude email saying as per the terms and conditions etc you won't get nothing till all the stock is here... So do you want to cancel the item or cancel the order...... Just the way it was written was very irritating.... I replied and said well the item is supposed to be here soon(pre-order) And just send it together now Then on the day before the item was scheduled to be in stock I got an email saying that it's delayed till September and i won't get anything until then.....again a blunt email Finally did get my order through the post and tha was very good once it was processed but over all did not like my online shopping experience with usc

Very quick with delivery which was great. Unfortunately both lenses were very badly scratched on the inside.

I am really disappointed I was waiting for my parcel no card came when I tried to track the parcel I was advised an attempt to deliver had been made and a card left there was no card and the present was for a present I have now missed the birthday and had to rearrange delivery almost a week later very unhappy with the delivery

TO HALL THE FUTURE CLIENTS , BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER PAY ATTENTION !!!! It´s ABSOLUTELY IMPORTANT to know in what scale size ( USA, UK, EU etc.) are the goods you are buying, because: - ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, YOU ARE UNABLE TO MAKE ANY CHANGES OR AMENDMENTS TO YOUR ORDER, THIS INCLUDES DELIVERY ADDRESS, DELIVERY OPTION, EMAIL ADDRESS AND ITEMS -( USC rules) This is not a fair rule, in my opinion.!!!!! It´s worthless to try a contact in order to change anything because it´s time lost.!!!!

Wasn't happy with the way the product was delivered as the box was all damaged and the shoes were Abit dirty. It was ment to be a gift which I couldn't even give as the box was damaged. Went into store and told the employee working there she ignored what I was sayn and asked so what is it you want to do with them? Rather than apologising about it

Customer service was shocking. ordered next day took 3 days to get here had to go on holiday without the. received no reply from my emails. was refunded 1.99 for next. over all poorly dealt with.

Was a very quick transaction to take full payment for the product I ordered but the customer service time reply was shocking I had paid for my product to be delivered on a certain day and it came a further three days later won't be ordering from you again and and still yet to recive my delivery charge back in full as I said shocking never ever again

Ordered an item which when came was to big size UK 2 trainers wanted to exchange for a size UK 1got e.mail from USC saying size 5.5 were out of temporarily out of stock did not want a UK 5.5 needed a size UK 1 which when I looked online size UK 1 were in stock not very good customer care is it.

Wasnt really happy as ordered size 13 shorts and tshirt but when i recieved them they were small enough for an 8-9 year old my boy isnt a big 13 year old either hes skinny. So had to send them back. I also ordered stuff foe my 4 year old wore them once and they shrank and i did out my cycle on the correct setting so overall not impressed.

my t shirt and shoes was ok but the jeans when i had them had some crumbs in pockets and one leg rolled up and one was down not even folded ether and had some crumbs in the pockes i understand people try cloths on and send them back i used to work at amazon i wasnt to happy i do like the usc clothing range though

I am still awaiting for my order which was placed 5 days ago. Iv emailed for them to investigate and yet again still awaiting noy happy and will not be using the company again
