Excellent choice of clothes ,Aberdeen store manager very poor. Tried to return a t shirt that didn't fit, arrived at counter with t shirt and receipt to be told that your store staff would have to check the CCTV to see that I hadn't stole it. I ask how I was supposed to get through counter without walking through the store? I also assume that you wouldn't have thought time to check the CCTV every time something is returned so can only assume the store staff made a unfair assumption about me. I originally wanted to exchange the t shirt but after this customer service I took the credit note (because your returns policy doesn't allow refunds -also unfair) and spent it only online because I didn't want to spend anymore time in your Aberdeen store. I also was forced to pay for a 2 canvas bags because your staff had not ordered the right amount of normal carrier bags, I don't see why I have to spend £4 on canvas carrier bags because your staff can't order the right amount of plastic carrier bags. It's a shame really because I have had some very good customer service especially when buying shoes but some of the worst I have experienced in my life and made to feel like a criminal and ripped off at the till.

Nowhere on receipt from online order does it say you can't take goods back to shop to be refunded. Also the dkny tshirt that had sports direct labels on looks fake. I would not knowingly purchase goods from sports direct and feel you should make it clear this is where any goods are coming from.

Ordered a pair of white converse and paid delivery fee and was given them in a different colour and there horrible. They were for my holiday next weekend and won't have them in time for me going away. How do I go about having one of your couriers collect them?

Jacket was a completely different colour to the one I viewed on line and consequent,y not particularly happy with the garment. Also took a week to deliver even though Barlin used DHL. When I buy from smedley it typically takes no more than 2 days and at a quarter of the shipping costs and sometimes for free Overall not a good shopping experience Kind regards Doug

Not impressed that I had to pay for postage to return goods, this is not the service I get from other online retailers such as ASOS. Also, I would have picked up in store had this been free, which it should be, just like when I order from New Look online. It should not cost me £4.99 to pick up in store! Due to delivery costs I will reconsider using USC online again, I can get a better service and more value for money from other online retailers.

returns and refund was quick. Unfortunately I do not agree with having to pay the return postage. My £35 converse cost me an extra £11.50 in postage. I will not be purchasing from your website again. Sorry, but your service is being let down badly by your postage charges

I paid £6.99 for next day delivery ( Saturday) I didn't receive my package until the Monday , will never shop with usc again

Everything was OK except the fact I was waiting 45 mins to be helped in the meadow hall branch, and when item was returned due to wrong size they refused to give me the last pair of the size I needed, when ordered off internet the shoes came in amazing time but they were faulty ... after 2 weeks off faffing about I finally got the correct item

Disappointed was the first time I ordered for FREE click n collect first issue was I got a mail saying a pair of trainers were out of stock (why let me ordering first place) second was I actually got charged £4.99 for FREE click and collect very disappointed won't be doing that again

Still awaiting my order I've been in store in which they where not very helpful at all.ive also rang head office to find out when I'll be receiving my order as it's for my son's birthday and I'm still awaiting a call back from Monday this is very disappointing. Would appreciate a call or email about this thank you Miss v johnston

I am surprised that you pay for collect in store delivery thought that would be a thing of the past. Puts me off shopping with USC. Got 20% off my first order but had to pay £3.95 for delivery so not really 20% off so disappointed. Would like another couple of 20% off codes to make up for it please. Thank you.

I'm happy with the products, which were reasonable in price. However what puts me off is the extortionate postage. Despite spending a fair amount of money I was charged a large delivery fee. Even the option to collect would be costly. Won't return for this reason.

Items were great my only concern is the return postage charge. This is my first time in this company but don't think will do another orders in future. I have done online shopping and most are free of postage return slip was provided. Like example John Lewis, House of Fraser and alot more. Nother happy about the return terms and conditions.

The website for tracking your parcel is poor and the carrier is worse than poor. Goods never turned up even though I was advised a delivery was attempted, no calling card left even though tracking advised it had been. I ended up cancelling my order and bought my item from somewhere else. Will not be ordering on line from USC again

I bought this Hugo boss top thinking it's a genuine casual top, only when it has been delivered it's from the underwear collection which is not stated.
