I didn't get a package as scheduled (Friday, 08.07.2016. - DHL - message). I had been waitting all afternoon, but package didn't arrive.

Misleading delivery options, how is it free delivery to a store if you have to pay £5 to receive a voucher for sports direct? I don't shop there so would rather collect it for free from the shop like every other company does. Also you can only get a credit note when you return it in store or a refund if you pay for the postage to send it back? Will never order from here again as I've now paid £10 in delivery charges for an item I've sent back.

The delivery was really expensive,£6 fee and then I had to pay to return over £12, £18 in total is extortionate, most websites offer free delivery and returns or at least return in store but I couldn't even do that. Won't be using you again

Twice now I've ordered with next day delivery, sat about all day and the parcel didn't arrive. When I complained I was refunded £2, embarrassment of a company.

I've shopped online at usc numerous times over the years, On receiving my order y/day 09/07/16 I was appalled at the state of the footwear I'd ordered, the right boot looked like it was used off the shelf u der sole was dirty, and the boot its self was scuffed in several places. I have sent an email of complaint waiting to hear... So on this occasion not a great experience !!

Product and price were good. Delivery was terrible. I paid extra for next day delivery on a Saturday so would expect Monday delivery. The shoes arrived on Thursday.

Communication was good in regards to dispatch and ready for collection. However, one of my items has a security tag on that I obviously couldn't see through the delivery packaging, so I now have to return to store to have it removed. Making it take longer before I get to wear my dress and costing more in fuel and parking.

The item purchased may be brilliant but due to their choice of courier; Yodel, I am still, a week later waiting for my delivery. My local Yodel courier chooses not to leave any contact details to enable a mutually agreeable delivery date / approx time to be arranged so as I work 20 miles from my home have had to arrange for the delivery to take place today which is a saturday and am having to sit patiently for however long it takes the courier to make an appearance. Incidentally, I chose a home delivery by accident as I had intended collecting my goods from a local collection point (10 miles away) but ticked the wrong box on the online ordering system. Yodel are rubbish....but not quitee as bad as My Hermes. Online retailers need to get their couriers delivering a decent standard of customer service as I won't ever be shopping with any company who use Yodel or My Hermes to deliver for them. A rubbish unecessarily time consuming experience experience

Delivery got here quick however was not happy with the packaging, half the packages in the bag were opened before I got them, I can understand if they needed to be opened for checking but then I expect the clothes to be folded back correctly, placed in the bag and the bag resealed, also was not happy with some of the clothes purchased as that had a weird smell coming from them, I will be returning some of the items for this reason and also some were not the sizes stated

Returns policy is rubbish and also I had to reorder and paid extra for next day delivery. I didn't receive the item the next day I was sent a email in the afternoon of the date it was due stating I would receive the items within 72 hours! They came the day after they were due in the afternoon then. I think if you pay for next day delivery and you don't receive the item the next day regardless of if its the company of couriers fault a full refund should be given on the delivery payment. Tired of companies getting away with this! I also used the app which for some apparent reason showed the item as being more that it was on the website so I ordered from the website instead. I'm not sure if this problem has been rectified but customers need to double check against the website which is completely inconvenient. Would rather pay more and shop at asos from now on as it has ended up costing me a extra £18 in delivery/returns

I ordered a few pairs of vans from your website only to discover that I had to pay £4.99 for delivery. If however if I got them delivered to a local store then I would receive a £5 gift voucher. This in essence was ok as I thought at least I'll get the delivery cost back. It took a week to deliver the items to the store which was poor but I had got my £5 voucher. After I collected my purchases I thought I might come back at a later date to use the voucher against another purchase. It was only was when my wife looked at the voucher that she told me that it was out of date. I had 48hrs to use the voucher. I feel a bit like I've been ripped off as I wasn't told about the restricted time period to use the vouchers. All that being said I had made a big saving on the purchases online which was good. Usc don't be mean and give shoppers at least 30 days to use your vouchers.

Recently ordered a pair of jeans online and paid 3.99 for postage. Very disappointed that when the parcel arrived the jeans were merely slung in the bag loose.. Not folded in a bag as per usual.. Button was missing and there was no paperwork whatsoever. Rather than try to claim an exchange online ( which is a nightmare by the way) I decided to go to my local store ( Doncaster) . The staff here were brilliant and was no problem exchanging the item. Thank goodness for their help as the online help facility is non existent. Feel like I've been robbed of the delivery cost and am now going to think twice about ordering online again.

I'm not normally one to moan, but I did not receive a confirmation email with my order, wasn't easy to find contact details to query when I did I got an email saying to check my junk and that they would be resent, but I can assure you I had thoroughly check my emails no emails were there otherwise I wouldn't have bothered to just waste your time. I then emailed again as I wanted to be sure I would be informed of when to collect my delivery but had no response. I ended up checking and collecting myself anyway and it had arrived. Goods were fine, have shopped before here with no problems but a bit disappointing this time Round!

One of my items was damaged - it had a burn mark on the front and back. I was appalled to find out that you have to pay for postage to then return the item!! I also paid for next day delivery and it came 3 days later.
