Paid for next day delivery and the item wasn't delivered for 3 days, and when talking to customer services instead of refunding delivery they gave me £2 back so I only paid for standard

I was somewhat annoyed at paying £4.99 for click and collect when everywhere else has that service for free. Also, it was a week between ordering and receiving the email to say my items had arrived in store. I will not be using USC again and I won't be recommending it to friends.

I didn't get my parcel on time when I had an email saying my parcel would come on the 30th June it didn't it came 2 days later

Firstly item not available instore so when receiving online order the security tag is still on the item. Birthday gift so I have to travel to store again to get tag removed. Not happy

Paid for next day delivery wasn't dispatched for 2 days! Tried to contact several times via the online email and never once got a message back! Won't order again especially after paying extra for next day delivery for a item that was Instock not to be dispatched for 2days!

I have not received my items, 1x CK grey girl boxer, 1x CK grey bralette. They went to a different address than what was specified on purchasing. The invoice then came through stating a different postcode. I went to the address that it was supposedly delivered to (even though the tracker says it is still with courier). To then be told she did have it but the day before she had phoned yodel and they had collected the package as she explained it happens a lot that it goes to that address instead of the correct one. I have received correspondence from USC saying once they receive this in the warehouse I will get a refund, even though Yodel tracker says it wasn't delivered in the first place. I don't want a refund I would like the items I ordered as need them. Never normally have a problem with USC and have used them lots, but this is a pain as I am now down nearly £50 and don't have the items I have ordered.

I emailed customer service asking about a product and didn't receive a response for 3 days and when I did the information was wrong regarding the size of the heel I asked about.

Ordered two pairs of Converse All Stars. One pair was all black which were in good condition apart from the box which was ripped. The other pair I ordered was maroon but the shoes that came were Navy. I was surprised but as I needed them for the next day, I had to keep them so it wasn't my favourite but I had to deal with it. I'd say it's best if you order from somewhere else unless you're on a tight budget then order from here.

I got my delivery, the jacket was Scrunched up in a ripped bag which didn't make me feel very appreciated.

Absolutly shocking delivery service, ordered 7 days ago, paid £3.95 delivery... Still notreceived and minimum emails to update on where order is within the process. Really put me off ordering anything again!

I made a mistake by ordering the wrong size of my purchase and on realising the error I went to your contact page only to find no phone number. I then sent an email asking for the change in size to be made within minutes of the initial order. The next response was a day later saying the purchase had been dispatched. This could have been rectified so easily with a phone call. I did get an email saying the purchase could be returned to yourselves, which I did. As of yet I am still awaiting a refund.

I bought a pair of shoes and paid for next day delivery (£6.99!) they didn't fit so had to send them back, and I had to pay postage! Got a size smaller and normal delivery (£4.99!) and they don't fit so now I'm having to pay for another stamp to post these back! Even though I've paid over £10 in postage already!

Very happy with the product, but not very happy with the charge for the delivery, I wouldn't say that conforms with the average delivery prices I have experienced with other companies. There should be an option for a free delivery. The fact you are offering the £5 discount to in effect negate the delivery charge, is a terribly blatant scheme to just get customers to come in to your store and waste yet more money, to encourage people to buy something they very likely don't really need.

Worst customer service AV experienced in a very long time. Emails got ignored wrong product sent out had to pay for returning item etc. Then had to ring them on 0845 number which incurred extra charges. Never ordering from here again
