I have still not heard anything about the clothes I ordered over a week ago. I am very dissapointed and worried there might be a problem with them.

Fast delivery but high delivery charge and returns are not free so to have the things delivered and then i returned some it cost me around £10 will never order from there again.

Good products and prices. However clothes shopping online is hit and miss so paying for both postage and return postage when an item doesn't fit isn't good and most other clothes shops offer free returns

I am not very happy as my order did not arrive in its full. I ordered my husband Some clothes and one of the tops was not included in my deliveryy. After emailing customer services in regards to this they have asked me to send in a picture of the packaging in which i received my itmes to assess the condition of it, however i am still waiting for a response.

Out of 2 items I ordered 1 was incorrect, not a bit incorrect completely the wrong colour. Consequently I have had to pay the cost of return postage, and if I had ordered another replacement pair, would also then have had to pay for another delivery - not a chance I'm likely to take as you would probably get that wrong as well.

I purchased a pair of red crib converse for click & collect, expecting to get a size 2, 3 to 6 months. I received a size 3 instead. These were for a present for Sunday 26 th june, which I won't be able to give now. I am greatly disappointed with this service, I hope you can rectify the situation please.

To be honest you guys are my favourite shop to get my clothes out of and to make sure I look good. I purchased a pair of jeans last week (which I need I return) and the picture was so deceiving! The product I received was not he same as the picture and that's what always put me off online shopping then when I decide to do it you guys do the same. So I'm not the happiest to be fair cos I bought them for a night out and they arrived and were not the same as deceived and I had to then spend another 50+ buying another pair. P.s why did yous close the Edinburgh princess street branch?!? :(

Very disappointed that not only did I have to pay for delivery but that I also had to pay for returns. There is an option to pick up from the shop, which I was happy to do, but they also charge for this. I'll not order again.

Very disappointing with the delivery service. Ordered early morning and paid for next day delivery service however didn't receive my order until the day after that!

Great prices. paid the extra for next day delivery and never came for four days . sent items back as no longer needed item were a gift. never got full refund .

Had one email to say my order has been processed and then nothing since. No one at the store knows where my order is, I couldn't even get it delivered to a USC store, it had to be a Sports Direct store. Absolutely ridiculous service and quite frankly won't be shopping here again.

The clothes were packed badly, didn't seem to reflect the colours or pictures on the website and I've sent theme ALL back at my expense.

I had received an email confirming that the items purchased were ready to be picked up, but when I went to the store the items were not there, ! Waste of time and money

Delivery process was great. Recieved my jacket fast. When trying on jacket found the brand 'badge' on arm to be sown on upside down. This clearly shows the jacket is faulty and no quality control was performed on jacket. Im currently in process of returning jacket.

I just got back from holidays so only just started wearing the clothes that arrived but already the Firetrap polo shirt has a hole in the back of it, the blue hoodie I ordered still has a security tag on which I can't get off, and the medium sized black jacket I ordered is more like a large and is like a bin bag on me! Not happy this time, and have previously had good clothes from USC so this was very disappointing, and I spent about £300 on that order from memory... :(
