The service from USC was very good and I have regularly used the site and shops before. However the quality of the Luke (one of my favourite brands) was very poor and embarrasing for myself as they broke on me in the airport in a matter of minutes after putting them on.

The reason i am rating it poor is because i ordered 4 four items as gifts, 2 where faulty. One had a button missing and the other, the logo was not properly formed. So i now have had to to pay to return those items for an exchange. Already paid p&p and now having to pay the get exchanged. I dont think i will be ordering from usc again.

I haven't received an email to inform me my parcel is ready for collection but am receiving emails asking me to rate the items I ordered!!!!!!

I ordered a pair of Converses from the USC website which were a very reasonable price. However I had paid the steep next day delivery price as I was in need for the product quickly. I was well aware that because I ordered them early evening they would not come next day but the day after, which is when I needed them. However they did not arrive until late evening and therefore were no use to me. I believe if you're paying a higher amount than other retailers for next day delivery you expect the service to be better and more prompt than waiting over 48 hours. As it was no use I went to return the product the discover I had the pay to return them myself, as a online retailer I don't think it should be expected that the consumer should pay to return something that was late and unsuitable. Also since your target customer is of a younger age and mostly students it is disgusting that you should make them loose over £10 in delivery and returns. I'm very disappointed with my experience and will never shop here again and have told friends to look somewhere when buying online.

I had ordered Calvin Klein low rise trunks (Large) and when i received the goods they were trunks (Large) I ended up keeping them as i could not be bothered to send them back as it would of took another week or so. I needed the item. One recommendation is for the people who dispatch the goods is look at the order properly and double check the goods before sending out.

Saw the shoes I wanted online at £15 - went in store to purchase as I wanted them for that weekend. £25 in store! I explained that they were £15 online and the assistant said there was nothing she could do. Got them online paying extra for next day delivery - still cheaper than in store. Joke.

Disappointing that I pay £5 postage to have my order delivered to the local Sports Direct shop, then have to pay the postage AGAIN to return the item when the shoes were FAULTY. What a waste of money!

Was disappointed that items purchased were not in there original packaging & had obviously been on sale in one of your outlets at lower price,they had sale price tickets on them. When I bought this to the attention of the store manage where I collected my parcel, I was told that I still had to pay full price.

All items of clothing came up small and in order to get a full refund you have to send it back rather than taking it to a local store I will never order clothes offline again

In uk free shipping and free returns must be available for order above a 50 gbp range! paying 10 pounds to receive + - return, it's a bit too much! Included return maybe!

No problem with the service, But unhappy that click and collect was not free, and i had to pay for refund postage because i couldnt refund instore. I would not recommend and use other companies that have these processes

Fast delivery, however footwear did not fit. Was unable to return item to a local store for a full refund which isn't fair.

Thanks for sending me the review before ive even received the trainers I order 5 days ago. While I knew the trainers would take over 5 to 7 days to deliver, I'm unsure how it takes over 5 days plus to deliver to your own store from a factory which I assume is located in the UK. Perhaps its your companies way of getting the customer to shell out more money on faster deliveries. Well done on the poor treatment of customers.

After ordering jeans to collet in store takes 5 days to get to store but the depo is only next door but still cost more delivery than any other clothing company deliver to store should be free you make enough money on selling the cloths get my parcel on to get home and they have a security tag on them so back to the store we go not very good service at all
