Ordered a pair of boots and realised straight away I had ordered the wrong Color so immediately sent another e mail correcting this, they did not respond to e mail for 2 days then said they couldn't help it was too late

Was extremely disappointed as I received the wrong size trainers. I received them promptly but that is pretty useless if they are wrong! I then had to re order the correct size again and pay for next day delivery as I needed them before I went away. I have received a freepost address for the return but am still waiting for confirmation of my postage refund for the wrong item being sent. It wasn't my mistake so don't see why I should be paying the postage on it as had to order again and pay premium postage.

Most of the clothes were fine but the fringed crop top wouldn't even fit over my shoulders to be able to go on, the fringe was sown so tight at the bottom it had no give! Was going to return but found out that you have to pay to return items, what a joke! I've had to keep it and can't even wear it!

Quality is very cheap and for return you have to pay charges.I'm very disappointed.I never recommend to my friends.

The quality of the clothing is not great. I am returning my purchases as the colour and style was not the same as what was shown on the website.

I ordered 2 pair of converse to be collected from USC at Meadowhall to pay £4.95 postage. Received parcel. Both pairs of shoes were not the size I ordered to then have to pay another £5.00 postage to return the wrong items. Ended up having to go into store and shop that way. Not a happy customer

THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED WITH BLACK MARKS ON THE FRONT, BACK, SHOULDER AND ALL DOWN THE BACK OF A SLEEVE! NOT GOOD IT WAS A WHITE FILA SPORTS JACKET, DONT KNOW WETHER TO CHANCE WASHING IT OR SEND IT BACK. NOT HAPPY AS IT WAS A BIRTHDAY PRESENT FOR MY DAUGHTER

Sent 2 different shoes in box! Now have to go to store and get them changed otherwise will have to pay postage and the shoes could be out of stock now!!!! Very annoying as they were a birthday present! Not impressed at all!

No email to confirm delivery to store. Went to store one week after order to find it had been delivered. No problem with my email as it has been bombarded with USC promotional email!

Ordered for my husband and as he really liked the items I went ahead with the order. I personally would not have ordered for the simple reason of being charged £4.95 for delivery, whether you had order delivered to your home OR delivered to store. OK you got a £5 voucher to spend in store, but whichever way you look at it you will still end up spending more with them.

Slow delivery, no free returns and cannot return to store. Why??? £5 delivery plus roughly £4 for return shipping for a pair of £12 slip on shoes, I took them to the charity shop instead. Cannot see this company lasting long under the ownership of sports direct.

A security tag was left on an item . I had to return to the store I collected my order from for them to attempt to revie it . Not impressed !

This dress didn't arrive when it was supposed to, actually still hasn't arrived! Missed my daughter's prom so a last minute dress had to be bought! Very disappointed!

Parcel was tracked for delivery on Friday. After checking the Yodel tracking web page, it stated the delivery driver had missed me and left a note. No note was left so I phone the number given 07479 945810 and was told he would get the driver to deliver it before 5pm on that day. I waited until 5.15pm and no delivery driver turned up. I rang the number several times to communicate and it went straight to answer phone everytime. At this stage I was thinking my order had been stolen. I checked the tracking website on Sunday and again it stated I had missed the delivery and they had left another note. Again no note was left. Eventually I received my parcel on the Monday but with no communication at all from the delivery person. This has got me thinking twice about using USC to purchase goods due to the rubbish communication and lies from the delivery team.

Asked for a size shoe- got delivered the wrong size. Was refunded as said was not in stock. Re-ordered show and again was delivered same wrong size. Very disappointed.

SnapBack was great but very poor delivery. Paid an extra £6.99 for next day delivery that turned up 3 working days later. Not impressed

I ordered 5 t-shirts, all size xl. Delivery was as described, but on checking the t-shirts 1 was actually xxl. The usc label on the t-shirt says xl, but t-shirt says xxl. Due to usc exchange policy I have to cover expense to post item back (which I'm in the process of doing). This is obviously usc's error which I have to pay for, and for that I am on this occasion rating usc "poor"
