I was not happy having to pay postage on a £300 order - not only that, but the courier service used was terrible. The delivery drivers allow barely any time to answer the door before they just leave, and yodel are such a hassle to try and rearrange a delivery for.

One of the two items I ordered had a security tag attached. I emailed to ask if USC could send a replacement item minus the security tag and arrange for the tagged item to be collected. Their response was for me to send the tagged item back and ask for an exchange or visit a USC store to ask for the tag to removed. Neither option is particularly convenient to me, which is why I arranged for a home delivery in the first place.

Was not informed on purchasing that USC does not do refunds. Would not have purchased the shoes if I had known this as I have been given a credit note, but there is nothing in the shop I want to buy,

The item i received was in full packaging however when i took it out it was dirty as though it had been thrown about on the floor

I was looking forward to seeing my new purchase however some arrived with the security tags still on and the nearest store is 12 miles away.

Click and collect with £5.00 off was advertised but not given. Contacted the customer service who said that unfortunately they did not know why this was not offered. It cost me £12 to return some of the order by post. Will not do it again.

Had an item unavailable so rather than take that from the original purchase they charged me the entire price minus the unavailable product again, had to contact the bank to get this back, poor

I ordered a jacket & still haven't received it & that was over a week ago Got an email to confirm purchase but heard nothing since Very very poor service, definitely wouldn't recommend your shopping online & wont be shopping again myself either

I had to chase my delivery, even though I had paid for premium delivery and also I was sent underwear tshirts which are still available for £15, when the ones I had ordered were from mens tshirts and I paid £18.50 and £25.00. I hope I am not going to have to pay for the return.

The reason why I rate USC as poor is because I have emailed USC many times and have not received any reply. I wan to know why you charge for delivery when customer is purchasing goods over £75? When I shop on USC I spend over this Amount but I still have to pay for delivery, however other retailers give customers incentives to free delivery. I want to know why and this time some one better answer my message!!!!!!!

Received the order one item had a massive security tag still attached I was told by customer service to take it to a sports direct store with proof of purchase. I spent over £300 and expected better after sales care tbh.

I ordered some converse trainers in size 5 for my holidays. They came a week later in a size 5 1/2 so are too big. I can't now take them on holiday and have paid £4.99 for deliver and £4.65 to return them. I don't even think I'll get refunded for the delivery costs. Very disappointed

I ordered tshirts last week on the Wednesday for next day delivery and I didn't receive my order till the Saturday morning and no sign of gettin my £6.99 back I paid for next day
